    Some good and some bad...

    4 first songs are great. Estranged too. 14 years fine with me(I know he sounds a little strange). TIL are great n´bad. DC fantastic most of it. Civil war almost perfect and Shacklers sounds brutal. I like Knockin, not the best version but still fine. Dead flowers sounds nice...

    November rain must be the worst version i have heard . Sorry the same.

    Overall: 7/10...

    We're generally not a big fan of 'rumour' threads here because honestly, GN'R is so inactive with new material etc. that if we allowed unsubstantiated rumours to be discussed and taken seriously, it'd just begin to overwhelm and confuse people more than ever (and disappoint people!). I hate to lock threads and I'll keep this one open for the time being unless another moderator sees differently, but for the time being please keep all unsubstantiated rumours in here and remember to take them with a huge grain of salt so as not to set yourself up for (imo) inevitable disappointment when they don't come to fruition. ;)

    The reason I'm keeping this open atm is because it's actually a good chance to discuss what kind of content you'd like to see on a hypothetical AFD re-release. For me it'd be:

    DISC ONE - the full album remastered

    DISC TWO - B-sides/alternate versions/demos (these have been accumulated over the years on bootleg sets but it'd be great for proper remasters)

    DISC THREE - Live at the Ritz '88 remastered

    BLU-RAY - Video of the Ritz, 'Making of AFD' documentary with bandmember interviews, bonus content, etc. Maybe additional unreleased tracks

    To me the rumor is about a combo pack including appetite for democracy bluray The 3D thing.

    If Axl will release a re-recorded AFD combined with the Appetite for Democracy dvd.... he can honestly shove it up his arse. I'm not paying money for recycled stuff and a mediocre at best live gig.

    I will buy it. New DVD and new vocals by Axl. Its enough for me. But I hope its some new thing we dont expect...

    I dont see why there should be this big hatred against Beta and Team Brazil. This is well above the limit of what to write about people you dont even know. Why even be here. Why cant we have a board which is a cross of Here Today and Mygnr?

    What about people started to live their lives and do not take GNR so seriously. See it as a hobby thing. Everything Axl does is certainly not smart and he has surely wasted a number of years and his talent. But this is far better than the quiet years. The new album comes when it comes. Do not wait ...
