But Metallica - at the their best - was basically a combination of the hardest hard rock mixed with heavy metal. They weren't thrash metal or metal like overkill or slayer or bands like that. This song sounds like they are "trying" to be heavy.Songs like Master and Battery were hard and heavy, but also with a catchy-ass chorus.
