The song is indeed real, but not a Guns N' Roses song. Slash recorded it for a movie soundtrack. This is a bit of info from Wikipedia:

In 1996, Slash collaborated with Marta Sánchez to record the flamenco-inspired song, "Obsession-Confession" for the Curdled soundtrack. The song was received well by Smooth Jazz radio stations.
