fred_carston Posted January 23, 2009 Share Posted January 23, 2009 LOS ANGELES - A member of rock band Leathermouth may face arrest over the title of the song 'i will kill the president of the united states of america'.Journalist Jared Morgan has called for the bands singer/songwriter Frank Iero,27 to be arrested and charged with threatening to kill President Obama.The song set to be released on the bands album 'XO' on january 27th is currently on the bands myspace page. Levine said "if the band go ahead and release this song then the songwriter should be arrested for threats to kill the president".The song seems ready to be released on the seventh day that the president has been in office.Both Frank Iero and Epitaph Records were unavailable for comment.
