chevelle Posted August 18, 2010 Posted August 18, 2010 Cool SG article in Spin: http://www.spin.com/articles/soundgarden-alive-superunknownThat article makes me wonder how long this will last, and their reasons for it - Ben's homeless and hates himself, Kim couldn't really be fucked with it all, Cornell is doing it because he has no other options, etc. It's saddening. Dead Flower Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 lol Ben always looked homeless even when he was rich. That bass used to hang so low. Quote
Turn_It_Up Posted August 19, 2010 Author Posted August 19, 2010 (edited) Press is running hard with the Shepherd homeless thing. First Peter Criss goes homeless before the big KISS reunion and now Shepherd. Shit, for all his talk, if that poser Adler REALLY wanted a reunion he'd have gone all the way and been homeless a long time ago. Now the selfish SOB has to put out his book to make even more money and keep him off the streets, depriving all us good fans from the reunion we want.Wouldn't be surprised if Sorum's been secretly helping pay his mortgage all these years just to keep Adler from reuniting. Sucka Steven!!!. :xmassrudolph: Edited August 19, 2010 by Turn_It_Up Quote
Turn_It_Up Posted August 19, 2010 Author Posted August 19, 2010 (edited) Throughout the breakup period, Cornell always said it wasn't a matter of the guys hating on each other and that they've always gotten along. It's why a SG reunion always seemed probable eventually.Kinda ridiculous Silver saying CC's doing this cause he has nowhere else to go. He could front just about any band he wanted, VR being just one if he chose to do so. The solo career was running on empty for sure, but even Perry and the Aerosmith guys were asking him to take Tyler's place at one point. A crazy thought he laughed off, but just goes to show how in demand he'd be if he wanted to explore other band options. Plus, his last band(Audioslave) was a big commercial success.Hope these guys can keep it together for at least a few more years, lots of touring and another album....
