A camera ideal for concerts

Nothing will get you good concert pictures for under $200. Some of the newer pocket cameras will do good pictures if you're on the barrier, but even 2 or 3 people back from the barrier, and the quality is considerably worse. You need something that has a programmable shooting mode, which is usually just on the higher end point and shoots (And obviously D-SLR's). The problem with preset modes and automatic shooting is they don't usually have shutter speeds that go as low as need for concerts (Ideally around 1/60 at f/3.5), so the pictures will usually come out under-exposed. Alternately, some of the cameras that do have the slow shutter capability will over compensate due to how dark the concert is, coming out over-exposed.
