I've worked on the FanMadeFallout soundtrack for a bit in 2006 I think and at the time I was going for a very similar sound but this one is a bit different.I wouldn't say that it's Dark Ambient ( I'd say it's guitar oriented and it has a lot of synths ) but some of the atmospheres and textures sound a bit like Mark Morgan's work. Nice little mix of almost Morricone style guitar playing a la Good, the Bad & the Ugly. The one just after the one minute mark sounds great too. It sounds like the kind of e.p that would take you on a trip, can hear peaks and climaxes as well as low points! Best of luck with it.
