streak
My current laptop is finished, and I have been advised its not worth repairing.I want to buy another one, but don't have much money, and to be honest I don't really want to spend loads.I use it for downloads, watching DVD's, films, web browsing, youtube etc...I was going to purchase a laptop which was very cheap (they were refurbished new) but was told not to, and to buy a laptop (or a PC) from a firm called Alienware. I looked online, and new they are too pricey for me, but second hand they are better value. It looks like they are really good machines, and for about 400 pounds I could get one.The only thing is, I don't really fancy paying a fair bit of money for a used item. But then, buying a lower end laptop or PC, I don't want to have to upgrade after year or so or for it to be knackered?Advice?
Amir
Alienware is a rip-off, and only intended for gaming, if you're just gonna be browsing the web you can get a new laptop for your needs for about £200, like this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Lenovo-G50-30-15-6-inch-Notebook-Black/dp/B00PC8166C/.
