The Wall's my favorite Pink Floyd album but there's not a whole lot of anything you could call being a duo off of that album. Animals seems more of a duo-like thing than any of their albums. Oh how could I forget... just get Echoes: The Best of Pink Floyd.

Bono
Lennon and McCartnyJagger and RichardsPlant and Pagethose I think are likely the most popular ones but in all honesty nobody every came close to the way Axl & Slash were. The look, the attitude, the energy, the talent, the unpredictability. They where the shit. I think Bono and The Edge are great but not like Axl & Slash. That was all together something else. Axl in his prime was like no other frontman ever. Slash moved and looked so damn cool as the lead guitar man. It was just awesome.
