luvaxl4ever Posted August 17, 2005 Share Posted August 17, 2005 Every time I try to download and install yahoo or msn messenger, it tells me they have installed successfully, but then I get an error stating that I need to contact the system administrator when I try to open and run the program. highvoltage Posted August 17, 2005 Share Posted August 17, 2005 Are you on a computer with multiple user accounts? It sounds like you've been set up with a "limited access" account, whilst the other person/people who use the computer have "Administrator" accounts.You may need to have them enable the permissions for MSN messenger.If that's not it, are you on a work/school network?
