I mean yeah he talked about a fall release on the trunk interview but I was kindof expecting somekind of an explantation about CD and what's going on with it. smokingarthur Posted May 13, 2006 Share Posted May 13, 2006 Axl said something about eveybody thinking they know what is going on. When they don't. Hopefully someone recorded it because I did not. They kept slinging out tunes man. Axl really kept this show to a performance. He did not get into the politics of the band and GNR namesake. He just did what he was supposed to do...perform. This was not a show of "fillers". They did not play everything I would have prefered. But come one, they can only play so much. They can't make everyone happy. I am sure we will get more news on the cd as the summer progresses. I expect a Nov/Dec release. But who really knows? Friday May 12th was a positive experience for everyone in attendance. Axl's classy appearance and jubilation are a hopefull sign of good things to come. Axl just looked awesome. I was very happy for him.
