FunkyMonk
i really love this album. ill admit ive never been a fan of Ozzy's voice, but you would have to be pretty goddamn stupid not to realise how much Dio kicks his ass. Theres not one song here i dont like, best ones would have to be Die Young, Heaven and Hell, Lady Evil.how about anyone else?
artfromtex
i agree with you, and i love the Ozzy-era stuff. but, "Heaven and Hell" is in a class all it's own. "Children Of The Sea" is probably my favorite, but it's hard to say for sure. the only Ozzy-era album that comes close is either "Paranoid" or "Master Of Reality". moreblack
In terms of the music, you can hear that Iommi and the guys had stepped it up a notch from the last albums with Oz (Technical Ecstasy and Never Say Die), so Ozzy Sabbath was spent by that time, done like dinner.Along came Ronnie James and suddenly Sabbath was a kick ass band again. chicagocoma13
A brilliant album and my favorite album start to finish by Sabbath. Some of my favorite lyrics as well"They say that life's a carousel, spinning fast you have to ride it well""The world is full of Kings and Queens who blind your eyes and steal your dreams--it's Heaven and Hell
