idk he could probably do this in the studio now too....it's the studio, they use all kinds of recording tricks. He could easily just do it a bit at a time and cut/paste. Which BTW- isn't a new thing.

I was listening to an interview with Mitch Allan (currently a producer, former one hit wonder with SR-71) and he mentioned that he doesn't even keep real drums in his studio atm because no one is using them.

at this point new music isn't really a business move, they can keep doing arenas playing the old songs from now until forever as long as they space it out.
