if it happens it'll be because Axl decided to throw it on the setlist right before the show, there won't be a sign or any special reason for it.

I wondered if he enjoyed playing it so much he just called someone and told them to release it

"new show" in the same way that kiss does a "new show"- they change the stage dressing a little bit, but it's basically the same stuff.

it was a totally different tour and with a totally different production, so no on that tour he did not.

Thanks. But they actually did do a European tour in 2019 and they were supposed to tour a lot more but then covid happened.

I haven't seen them, but did see a lot of footage and it did look like a great show with a lot of effort put into.

different show and they played mostly festivals.

the bigger cities did ok but outside of that is was spotty- had a great time though. That always felt like a bit of an overreach from the word go, they were only really an arena band for a small window in the 90's.

There is a reason they only did like two shows outside of NA, promoters in Europe wanted them to play smaller venues but Billy would only do THAT show.

it's a very honest recording of the band that doesn't sound super altered

they shuffle the order and rearrange the stage set, not much else.
