Anyone with a brain has to side with Axl on this one. Had Slash dropped the lawsuit after this visit, Axl would be in the wrong for revealing this conversation. The fact is he didnt. Which is a pretty big slap in the face to Axl. Axl is simply defending himself. Duff, Matt, and Slash have said some way shitty things about Axl throughout the past 10 years. Its nice to see that Axls finnally throwing the shit back at them. Itll be interesting how Slash and Duff respond to this one.

what you dont understand is *if* slash and duff drop the suit then *ALL* of previous guns n roses recordings are in axl's favour, which means, *if* slash and duff want a reunion, then, they will have no creative control rights of ANY of their new stuff, *if* the old lineup was to get back together..

take it from a solicitor, i know what im talking about..

slash and duff are only looking out for whats best for them also, you DONT want to record with someone if they want all of the bands rights to them and only them, it should be shared, like it's always been with bands, just seems like the ego of axl has gotten to his head, its a simple logic "you play on thoses songs, you deserve the credit for your work on those songs" how can axl claim that he was pretty much 99% of guns n roses, did he grab the guitar of slash and say "hey play this" then pull out the intro to sweet child of mine?, hell no.. so anyone who thinks duff and slash is in the wrong, think again, they want whats best for them, no point in getting a reunion if your just going to be stuffed around again.. there is more to this story..

the only thing i can think of is..

* slash arrives at axls, talks of possible reunion

* axl seems interested

*slash lays down his terms (which includes what he wants in a band he was once in)

*axl does not agree to the terms

*slash then withdraws his offer

*neither parties win, the previous lawsuit still stand, axl is aggrivated, and decides to go public about it..

*if a possible reunion of them were to be, i highly doubt slash would talk bad about duff..

not once has slash talked bad about axl, and they went through some fucked up times...

whereas vr havent gone through nothing close to gnr, why would slash bad talk any of the vr members?

its totall bull, i think my theory is closer to the truth..

what you all have to understand is that, axl isnt any better than slash, slash, has ALL rights to sue for his input in the old guns albums, i mean, they are HIS riffs, his imput, even if axl asks him to play a certain tone.. session guitarists get payed for their input, so why the hell cant slash be recognized for his input?

Axl was a part of the band, and so was slash.. they needed eachover to sound the way they did.., everyone is like, either fuck axl, or fuck slash.. slash deserves what he deserves, and that is recognition of his works in the albums.. its not nice when someone else trys to take some part of credit for your work..

they all needed eachover, thats what made guns n roses the band that was unreal, and incredible.. all 5 of them

axl, slash, duff, izzy, matt.. and steven adler, he was an awesome drummer for gunners..

ive heard better, the proper full version, plus two remixe's ive got a clean version, a heavy version and a studio normal version.

i also got twat, remastered

and i.r.s. complete versions, i dont think any of these songs will make the album, they are being leaked because they wont make the album, i think the album will contain songs that will rock 100x more than this, i just know the level of these musicians, and axl rose definately has alot more in him than these songs..

Also, having said this... this may hold up the release of the album, this i cannot confirm.. but i think the tracks are being leaked also because im sure the audio will not sound anything like the mp3's you have now.
