It's very disappointing. So far I love all the games I've bought for NDS including Super Mario 64 DS, Mario Kart DS, LoZ: Phantom Hourglass and New Super Mario Bros, but this game isn't very good. I mean, Mario and Luigi get swallowed by Bowser and they try to escape his body? WTF!?! They're half his size outside of his body and now they can travel inside his body? Talk about lame! The battle scenes get really repetitive too, very boring.

I can't wait till LoZ: Spirit Tracks though.

Anyone get the new Halo game? I got Halo 3 but I haven't played it in like a year. Those cheap motherfuckers are charging you for new maps all the time, and I kind of got pissed off since they used to be free for Halo 2. Bungie can go fuck themselves.

If you have over two Halo 3 map packs don't buy it. Only buy it if you're interested in Halo 3 multiplayer. You sound like you haven't bought all of the map packs so it'll be worth it to you (ODST comes with all DLC maps in it), but you also sound like you don't like the Halo 3 multiplayer.

Story: 2/5

Campaign: 2/5

Firefight: 3/5 I guess. If it had matchmaking it'd be a 4/5.

Bungie was a much better developer when they were owned by Microsoft.

Thats why I enjoyed COD4 so much, because it was a break from the regular WW2 game.

Looks too realistic. I hate when developers brush gameplay aside and only care for realism.

why wouldnt you want them? why want a simplified band? GNR is supposed to be grand have it that way certainly when we hear future CD songs with orchestration they need to have whatever calls for it at live shows. I personally have always thought the November rain performances live with just synth strings sounds lame and like a LITE version of its former and true self.

My friends got the Firefight Vidmaster for ODST without me. Took them 2 hours and 30 mins.

I beat it on legendary the other day, was very boring on the second run. Firefight makes up for it though, I just started playing it alot yesterday. Achievements give you something to work for.

For a Halo game it's a disappointment, it should have still been labeled an expansion.

Anyone picked up Halo 3 ODST? I have to say I am loving Firefight mode.

I've only played Firefight alone so far. I beat campaign on Heroic in 7 hours, 38 minutes. It was weird, like playing Halo in a different way, but you're still playing halo.

I expect Firefight to be like all the "hold-out" parts in campaign, so i'm not REALLY excited. I can't wait to go on my Vidmaster run though (pass the 4th set on Heroic, I heard it takes over two hours).

The story sucked for a halo game. I could tell the story right here and it'd hardly be called a spoiler.

Yeah, Search and Destroy, hardcore or not, was the best thing to play on CoD4. Everything else just got boring fast.

Team Tacticals were great fun if you were playing with friends, as was Sabotage.

What was Team Tacticals? I forget.

I loved my Dreamcast. I played Sonic Adventure 2 so much.

It's hard to tell what's hard rock and what isn't now.

The Foo Fighters is considered hard rock, so im confused.

The games that has gotten the biggest scores on reveiws the last years have been singelplayer games.

I prefer a really good singelplayer over a good multiplayer anyday.

Because games are reviewed around its release, so the multiplayer is never experienced to the fullest.

Might be the best video game commercial I've ever seen.

Halo 3's promotion was even more over the top. Three high quality live action short movies were made, a really well made diorama was made (and a commercial highlighting it, with a sad piano tune in the background), and I believe a CGI Super Bowl commercial was made. All this in addition to a large secretive viral marketing campaign.

MLG.

They had the worst fucking players as champions who played Dead or Alive 4 (dunno if they still have that game on MLG anymore). They all picked Ryu (the cheapest character in the game) and even then, couldn't play him properly. The worst part is they get fucking PAID for being amateurs.

Also, the fucking crowds are stupid. Why do you need a screaming crowd for a bunch of nerds playing games? It's not a fucking sport.

it IS a sport, jerk. my brother died in an MLG accident, but that was before steroids were required to play.
