Yes
I've been trying and trying for both shows but I get nothing. Did you get them in presale or general sale?
-
Has anybody gotten their hands on PIT tickets for either this show or the show day after?
-
So I missed out on the traun tickets back to Brussels. What's the best way to go?? Will there be taxis in Leuven that we can take back?
-
I'll be there. I'm staying in Brussels. What's the best way to get to the venue and back after the show? Train, bus, cab or rent a car?

is is just me or Axl uses his raspy MID RANGE voice which sounds exactly like 90's at 3:37 and 3:52 ? holy fcuk i love this voice of him
Listen to Got Some Rock and Roll Thunder with Axl. Mid range rasp is still there when he wants to use it. The song is average at best but Axl is great on it and makes the song much better in my opinion.

Axl sounds great and looks fine. It's always surprising to me how some people on here continue to obsess over his looks all the time. Don't see the point, he's 54 years old and dresses the way he wants and does what he wants. I'm also pretty sure that Axl is choosing to sing the songs in a certain way rather than being forced to. He still has that middle register rasp in his arsenal, just check out the song Got some Rock and Roll Thunder from the AC/DC tour.
Having said that... I for one am happy with how things are going and about how Axl and the rest sound. Long may it continue.

Take the NJ Transit train there... New York Penn Station to Secaucus Junction... then trains from Secaucus to Meadowlands. The whole thing take a half hour or so...
all the info is here:
http://www.njtransit.com/sa/sa_servlet.srv?hdnPageAction=ServiceAdjustmentTo&AdjustmentId=14463
If you don't want to wait for the meadowlands train, you could always just take a cab/uber to the stadium from Secaucus. It's only about 10 minutes away.
Never take that Port Authority bus. It's terrible. I nearly missed a Nine Inch Nails show just trying to find where I get on the damned bus in Port Authority.
Thank you

Me and a friend of mine will be there for both shows. We'll be on the lower level for the first night and in the pit for night two.
We'll be staying in NY near Times Square, I was wondering what the best way to get there is... Anybody got some info?

Can't f'n wait!

I'll be there. Section 3.

I'll be in London!

A thread for reviews... I plan on updating this post with links to new reviews as I find them or they get posted in the thread.
Reviews are not important but can be good for a read.
Most are really positive.

Use your phones or try changing browsers. Worked for me.

I just saw them here in Reykjavík. It was a great show. Happy to see them play eight GN'R songs including Double Talkin' Jive. Also, they played the Immigrant Song.
Great show, there was a bulk of people didn't seem to recognize some of the solo stuff but everyone seemed to have a great time regardless

Happy Birthday Axl!
-
I like Bumble and I know he's in pain, I really hope he gets better and stays with GN'R for a long time.
Having said that, he should keep stuff like this away from Twitter. There is no reason to air it publicly. It's none of our business, if he has a problem with how Axl is running the show he should tell him that. Now let the bullshit begin, he opened a can of worms, rumors and GN'R, let the "fun" begin...
-
That site looks horrible. The GN'R website could be a lot better than it is as well. Hopefully with time it will be.
I've always liked Megadeth.com... great site and has a lot of info on it. Dave is great with the fan interaction he does too.
-
Oh look, a totally random guitar player that would make the band better, yay.
Bumblefoot has been in GN'R since 2006, no reason to think that is changing.
Also, I prefer Bumble to John 5, easily (not that I have anything against the guy). Actually, outside of Axl, Bumble is my favorite member of the band. He's an incredibly talented guitar player, a great character and good to the fans.

Nice Pic :)

looks like old axl there! i think because he never smiles like that anymore?
Always thought he looked cool with a full beard... he should grow it back.
-
He can say nice things, he can say nasty things, but he will always be an utter cunt.
Morgan is the british guy from American Idol, right? Why is he a cunt, according to some people? Care to explain, please!
I believe he's a judge on Americas Got Talent.
A much more interesting show is the one he does on CNN (replaced Larry King).
Why do some people think he's a cunt? He's outspoken, he always says what's on his mind and doesn't hold anything back. That annoys a lot of people.
-
Only thing that irks me is this guy calling GnR Hair Metal/Power Rock ..when they are a Blues Hard Rock band
Other than that, he's got a great point, although I think I can see his ego all the way from here, seems kind of like a pretentious douchebag
That Hair Metal/Power Rock line annoyed me too and the writer seems to be full of himself but I kept on reading and he made a good point regardless.
