When is the last time GNR played a waterfront like this? Agreed its not the best outdoor venue in Buffalo in the summer, but what does that say about the area that we have so many options? Buffalo is coming back!

I used to think that too, but with so many fans making decent videos, maybe management feels they are getting all the promo they need? They'd be wrong of course by thinking that, but it is a possibility.

There must be some complications to making and uploading an official video. Otherwise, why wouldn't the band just give someone like Slasherr $1000 and some pro-shot footage and tell him to have fun with it? And why not - he already does the work for free, and going this route, they they could just upload it themselves when he is done and it would be "official". They could have 14 freaking top-notch videos by now for CD, and it would have cost next to nothing. And if they were "official", they would have 10 million views each as opposed to the 1000 views Slasher may get on Vimeo, increasing the band's exposure by who knows how much.

Dj Ashaba is a clown. Not now not ever is Dj ever gonna achieve anything more or anything less than being a guitar player playing someone elses material in GNR. Hes good at what he does..its adequate for the role hes emmulating and that is playing some of Slashes material. In time, like BH and Fink- the realization will hit him that hes a tour guitarist in a cover band and that folks is as good as it will get for him in GNR.

DJ Ashba is more than a touring guitarist in GNR. and hopefully you'll see DJ is more on the next Guns record release.

Tomb Raider -

The idea was to possibly relaunch Chinese in conjunction with the US tour in 2011. For whatever reason, it never happened. Now, years later, the tracks from the bonus disc are starting to float around amongst some collectors. I do not believe there is any intention to release the tracks at this time. The plan seems to be to focus on the next album, not a reissue of Chinese. The ship on that sailed long ago.

i don't believe they are false accusations. ron was asked about leaks. and ron said leaks are lies from weirdos looking for 15 seconds of attention. it's a direct quote from ron in his latest interview about leaks. this makes me believe the chidem remix leaks are lies from those looking for seconds of attention.

I'm sorry, but I just don't see why we need a CD remix/reissue. And 5 years is not enough to warrant an anniversary release/reissue, at least in my book. I think an anniversary release is great if a considerable amount of time has gone by, say 20 or 15 years, and if said album really needed to be remastered or something. For instance, I've always thought Metallica should remaster their first 4 albums and release them, especially And Justice for All.

But what Guns n Roses needs, what this current lineup needs, is NEW SONGS.

And before I get flammed, I'll say this AGAIN, in case my flawed English kept me from making myself clear: yes, maybe a CD remix would be a nice idea, but not now. This is not the right time for that. We need new music. This band needs to put out new material, ASAP.

If there are CD leftovers, "new" songs for all intent and purposes, then release those ALREADY.

Someone should start an online campaign asking Axl to release new material already.
