Food and drink you will find is pretty expensive once you get on site (normally 4 quid for a pint), but if you are camping for the weekend then you can always stock up on supplies in your tent or car.
As for getting to the front for Guns, well you could wait there all day or take a chance and try and push your way to the front nearer the time they are on, which is what I normally used to do, in between sets people normally relax a little so you have space to do this.

Hello, im new to festivals, and was wondering if any of you have festival experience, you could give me some tips on things. Like how to get near to the front for the GnR Set? and how much money ill need for food/drink etc. and any other general tips, Thanks guys.

My point was that out of the 6 new songs they play, there's no really badass rocker regularly in the set. For a ROCK band, hearing a new badass rocker is a must when touring new material. How would people have felt if for the UYI tour they hadn't played Double Talkin' Jive and You could Be Mine?
Chinese democracy and better? the only other rocker i think they should play regularly is Shacklers, it has so much energy live. Otherwise, bring back Prostitute.

It has nothing to do with Axl rehearsing or not. The guy knows the material and how to sing it. We never see Axl fuck up. I already explained the problems with the sound in my last post.
I've seen videos where he's fucked up. Indiana in 91 during Coma for example. No biggie though. He's human too

Despite it being said several million times that the Reading and Leeds dates were the only English dates people still got their hopes up.
DJ Ashba said there would be more UK dates.
When and where? I remember he's said a lot about where they'd go touring, but not anything abouk UK..
I Think he said it in the same Newspaper inteview about an album being written for 2011. Could Be Bullshit though.

True. Im At leeds anyways so im pleased for my first gnr Concert, although i would of prefered an arena, with less Twats, Lol
But it did say only english date of 2010, along with Sturgis being the only US date, that coupled with Fortus saying "This tour is far from over" i think early 2011, after Australia, we'll see a full US and UK Tour, probably taking till early summer 2011.

In A Recent Q&A with Richard Fortus, he said, Riad is played at rehearsal but not at the shows, that could hint theyre planning on doing it sometime. He Also Said some of the chinese democracy songs from the earlier legs should make a return.

I Do Think its better in 2010 (Toronto, Puerto Rico) being good ones.
But L.A 2006 did Rock. Axl hit the high notes, just with less rasp
I can't believe how bad the mix is in RIR 06. how could they have got it so bad. it sounds awful. you hear one guitar, drums, and axl VERY quietly. it sucked. (You cant even hear Fortus' solo in that video posted)

Tbh, this has been obvious since the announcment of the Europe tour going until October, and now, with the announcement of Australia in December imo, it'd be a bit of a push gettin the US into 2010., I Think.U.S will be early 2011. similar time to Canada earlier this year.

That setlist is a little on the long side if your adding solos. Unless its a one off thing like tokyo 09/Inglewood 91
