Waht? If it's not in an album, propably we'll hear new songs in RIR 2011

Why?

They just toured for the better part of a year and didn't play one new song ever, not one time.

Is a one off concert somehow more conducive to that occuring?

Yes. a one-off show during the biggest festival in the world, as well as this being several years after CD has been released, it's possible, it's always possible, actually. Especially with a spontaneous band like this.. why are you being pessimistic, I take it you're a fan of the band?

In 2002 I think. His voice was awesome then, i wish he did some crazy stuff like mike patton.. remember that VMA rehearsal clip with axl messing around singing deep as fuck like a choir singer or whatever

Both catcher solos are awesome imo.. however I did like the simplicity and unique sound of Brian's, they do both go really well with the song

I hope to god they play some rare CD songs like Twat or Riad

Slash is a sell out so bad nowadays, I think his guitar solo's sound like prince's anyway

but he can make some mean riffs.

A music video for scraped featuring Axl being a criminal, escaping in some 70's style muscle car sliding all over the place, chased by 2 police cars with the number plate '1RV1NG' and the second one '4ZZ0FF' then some more chasing and he get's a disguise with a bandana (comedy) and then walks past a police man who turns around (it's richard) and then you see him think of the scom music video (in a though bubble maybe) and shake his head and walk off. Next Axl walks down to an underground club with a piano player, steals that guys suit or something then begins playing, as a couple police men walk in (DJ is the leader, orders them around, McBob and Fernand cameo as his followers) they search the people on the dance floor, then point at the piano player, he reveals his head and it's.. Dizzy! we then see Axl walk out the back of the club and past a gun shop (NV reference) he then walks past an electronics store and looks in at one, he's on TV! They are looking for him, on the news its all over the place! beside the electronics store you quickly glimpse a homeless dude (reference to Slash in WTTJ video) drinking Jack and it's the bearded Ron with his fatigue style coat etc (he looks so cool with his homeless guy style) then finally we see axl at a port, and he gets past port security (stinson and pitman man the desk) and he boards the same cargo container as in Estranged, and just as he walks through a door Frank knocks him out with a left hook and smiles at the camera.. (EDIT: Frank hits perfectly in time with his own final drum hit from the music.)

I think people are more bothered about bucket and finck writing and preforming raw and awesome guitar parts than emotional lyrics

I've heard from reliable sources they're going to start a US tour in late march/early april and tour down to south america and do a big festival, then start preparations for releasing the next album.
