  1. It’s all just a bit sad really. She was part of the fabric for so long and seemed very close to lots of the GN’R camp.

I don’t really understand the hatred for Fernando. I’m not sure any of our grievances as fans truly lie at his feet.

He’s got a wife and kids hasn’t he? Just all very messy..

Am I reading the rolling stone article correctly that Kat’s claims came in response to an initial claim made by GN’R?

It's not the band. The record label are the ones behind this...

It might be that the band have no interest and this is being done to meet contractual obligations.

This has happened in the past with previous releases including the Greatest Hits and if you connect the dots, the release and lack of interest from the band would suggest Hard Skool was released under the same circumstances.

    I don’t think so.
I think if anything the box sets and yet more pressings of appetite is for the label. The singles seem more personal to Axl..that seems very evident when he sings absurd live.

Also if you look at the singles HS & Absurd on Spotify they are released c p Guns N’Roses, under exclusive licence to Geffen Records.

Everything else including uyi box set is UMG recordings, inc.

I’m not an expert but I think that indicates GN’R has more control over the singles.

I also attended both the Bucharest and the Hyde Park show. I thought Bucharest was a better performance - do you agree?

The sound was a lot better in London and Axl, I thought, was higher in the mix there, but that does them no favours!

I thought they both were good. Hyde Park was an epic stage etc..think Axl was possibly a bit better vocally.

Tommy told Brando on his most recent appearance on his podcast, though I'd doubt it'd be about business. Who knows though? Freese had his lawyer contact him shortly after Hard Skool was released to ask if he had any involvement, to which he didn't think he did as it was so long ago. I'm pretty sure he ended up on the credits in the end.

Well if you listen to it it certainly didn’t sound like they were ordinarily on texting terms so I’d say likely it was business.

Didn’t pitmen dig in for money owed? He’ll want credits no doubt.
