Yes, true a 7" single only has capacity for 5 minutes each side. Forgot about that. Well, that sucks
They had no problem fitting both Absurd and Shadow on one side. Even though Russ said it couldn't be done.

Its really because of low ticket sales. Every show has been empty.

The verses of There Was A Time have never really sounded great.

I wonder if they’re just planning to drop it digitally the same week the physical record ships in late October to maximize those sales. I keep trying to understand the logic in *not* releasing it digitally and keeping coming to the same conclusion that it simply makes zero sense.
I wonder if it has something to do with licensing issues, if it is indeed even true. I personally don't mind there being an "exclusive" song but we all know it's gonna be all over the internet once the vinyl is shipped.

What's this a reference to?
When Axl tried to cancel the tour. "To aviod..."
In all seriousness though, I loved that era where it felt like "our" band. Meeting fans felt different back then. I'd say one of my favorite moments was the Axl chats. Wish he would do that again.

Pit dropped from 400 to 150. The seats on the side close to the stage dropped all the way to 78 as of yesterday, so they did move quite a few tickets since the prices dropped.
You price things right and the general public will attend.

Artist: Johnny Crap (Jonathan Bergeron)
Notes: The animals represent the three major sports franchises of Toronto - The Toronto Blue Jays (MLB), the Toronto Raptors (NBA) and the Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL).
This one is sweet! Does the goblin on the right represent Leafs fans? Pretty accurate lol

Wait, what? They only charged mt $56.50 for the litho (50 + tax). I better go check my receipt since I did buy three (one tour litho, one show litho to keep and one show lithoto hopefully trade for a Pittsburgh one)
Charged me $65 + tax ~$73.... for the show litho that is, at Blue Jays store

That last song (I didn’t know it) was a mess. They should have stopped when they were ahead.
They were told/asked to keep on playing from what I was told.

Not gonna write up a long review but some key opinions:
- they started nearly 40 minutes late, not Axl's fault, so I was expecting one of the shorter shows (my inner Craig came out). I was pleasantly surprised!
- place was jam packed (which led to the later start time). Most people were there right till the end.
- the only song I wasn't crazy about was Hardskool. Not that it was bad, I just don't like the way its sung.
- the sound (and voice) was great.
- I heard 8(!) songs I haven't heard live before (9 if you want to include TV Eye)
- was nice to hear Reckless and Anything Goes, but I wouldn't be disappointed if I never heard them again.
- Maddy, Twat, and even Coma were sublime
- I like Witchita, and the acoustic section is great, so I didn't mind it.
- Don't Cry would have been the cherry on top...
- lastly, the pacing of the show was great. I remember back in 2017 each song sort of dragged, not last night. It was very tight!

Is this the first time that Madagascar and Civil War have been played one after the other (i.e. both songs sample “What we’ve got here… is failure to communicate”)?
The entire quotes section from Maddy was omitted. I guess that's why we can now actually hear Fortus (who was great tonight)
