I think Axl is going to release CD soon no matter the response to the leaks at this point. It seems there is too much forward motion to stop now. I can't imagine live dates and no forth coming album.

It's not the reponse to the leaks, but perhaps the response to the songs that will be played live this summer.

i no that madagascar T.W.A.T better and IRS have been leaked recently but songs like silkworm the blues and cinease democracy have been plaed in 02 so are there any other songs from cd that i have missed? and so havent we heard nearly all the albumnow assuming it is one not three?

From a consumer point of view, what the difference between a 'leaked' album and buying it in stores? Other than you paying for it.

Actually, I know a lot of people (including me) that won´t give in and listen if it gets leaked.......

Leaked albums suck. some leaked demos are okay.

Nobody can prevent an album from leaking in today's world. It's just the nature of the business. CD will eventually leak (when it goes into printing.) You'll all have it soon enough.

Thanks for the confirmation Merck. I guess the music world should turn it's attention to the new Pearl Jam single since the band you represent doesn't have anything new to offer. Great job with the fan relations. Pearl Jam sends members of their fan club special singles on vinyl as Christmas gifts. What a crazy idea that is. Hell, they even show up to their concerts for some reason.

It was a good one too this year (the x-mas single.)

With the recent interviews with Slash and Axl, that part of the press release seems unbelievable to me. If I'm not mistaken though, Mysteron stated that the press release he recieved is valid.

Having said that, why would Slash go to Axl's house and do all that? To beg for his job back? Perhaps. Why the delay in the trial? Then recently we hear about Slash saying good things about Axl, and vice versa. Then we hear their might be a renion? This all sounds very strange to me.

I think the next week should get very interesting.

I heard a rumour that the new VR album has been delayed. Any truth to that?

Maybe Madison can confirm with Merck if Axl indeed was part of some Oscar event last night?
