I'll tell you about Mezz2, it'a awesome. I was in line at 5:30pm, and they let people in starting at 8pm. We were the first people in Mezz2, and we had any seat we wanted. Naturally, we chose the seats in the very front of the Mezz (beside the stairs.) A good spot, but expect people from the other seats in the mezz to fill up the stairs. If you don't want too many poeple around you, then choose something near the very middle.

Either, way you'll be impressed. It's awesome when your right in front of Axl though, just awesome.

So the show starts at 7:30pm right? What time should I start getting in the line?

You can still buy tickets online actually. I've seen $200 floor tickets for the 15th at Hammersteins official website. I'm not %100 sure about the date though.

isohunt is where the torrent for the master tapes of 'Chinese Democracy' surfaced. Nobody has been able to complete a download on it though.

I've got two floor tickets to the Monday show.

We're flying in on Friday May 12th from Edmonton, Canada. I've never been to NY, so we're going to enjoy the weekend in downtown NY, check out a few hot spots, and then the main event on Monday.

To be clear, when I said "find an open seat", I did mean "occupy a space standing in front of an open seat".

I've sat for exactly one "concert" in my life....if you can call taking my kids to see the Wiggles a concert.

Is there much moshing at a Wiggles gig?

Anyone who shows up at the hammerstein Friday the 21st at lets say 9:00 a.m gets tickets an hour early. And then at 10:00 a.m. whatever is left goes on sale to everyone else. Presale problem solved.

Sure, that really helps those of us flying in from different States (or in some cases, Different Countries..)

Mickey a few years back (I think 5 years) was at a restaraunt with his wife (or girlfriend I can't remember), I think they were fighting or on a breakup. Mickey begged his wife/girlfriend to take him back, but she refused. To prove to her how much he loved her, he asked for a steak knife, and cut off his pinky finger right there at the dinner table. As you can imagine, his wife took him back, and he got the finger re-attached.
