Hey folks. Just catching up on stuff since I've been MIA. My fingers are crossed for all of you in the job hunt. I am employed at a large healthcare facility now, but have been trying to get an internal transfer. I 've had about 5 or 6 interviews and turned down all offers so far. They just haven't offered me something that is as beneficial enough for me to start all over again. I should be finishing my current certification course here shortly, in the next 6 weeks or so. Provided I pass the final exam, I should be able to move up pretty easily. Patience, though....not my thing. LOL

I'm looking for an axl rant where he just talks about love or a failed relationship.

my friend is going through a rough time with his ex and i figure id show him a video of axl just telling someone to fuck off (he finds joy in that sort of thing) but its hard for me to come across one thats pinpointed directly to exs or relationships/lovers because I'm not a big bootleg collector, and can't remember one off the top go my head.

i figured an easy rant to find would be something before Double Talkin Jive but so far i haven't found anything. if anyone knows of any moments off the top of there head and can supply a link, it would be greatly appreciated!

All things considered, Ashba can probably write a better song than Slash. And what permits him to be only guy on the planet who wears a tophat? Its a gimmick.

Even if we remove any probability of DJ being able to write Guns quality songs, can you even imagine him trying to cover something like Anastasia, let alone writing it? Heh. Nope.

I liked Slash 2010 album. But its not 1996 anymore, next year it will be 20 years since Slash left Guns N' Roses, and you people who constantly criticize Axl but somebody mentions your precious Slash in the wrong way you all start throwing your toys out the pram. Slash left Guns, I haven't forgiven him for it.

On the contrary, I don't criticize Axl or Slash very often. I do, however, see fit to criticize someone who butchers some of my favorite songs, particularly when someone tries to say that aforementioned walking atrocity is more talented and/or capable than either Slash or Axl.

I loved Duff's book. Reckless Road was good. Slash's was pretty good. The rest have thus far been....meh.

Well established, Guns N' Roses tribute band [GN'R ILLUSION] is looking for a lead singer (AXL ROSE) to complete our line-up.

You MUST be able to sound, dead-on, like AXL Rose and study his moves to perform like him.

You also MUST be willing to dress up to look like AXL with the proper wig and stage clothes.

We prefer that you be 21 or over and have reliable transportation.

(Once rolling, this band will have out-of-town gigs)

2) Please send us a good picture of yourself. (please include one where your dressed up like AXL, if possible)

I adored Duff's first book and think it was the best of all the Gunner books. I thought it was well-written, funny, insightful, and a great story. You could hear him tell you the story. I count it as one of my very favorite autobiographies. I will be very excited to read the next one.

Just watched John Wick over the weekend. Keanu still can't act and the story line was weak and underdeveloped but overall, I liked the action sequences.
