So, the GA PIT section tickets for the Toronto show go from around CA$520 (plus services fees is over CA$600) to over 2 grand...

Well, that's a concert I won't be attending lol. I don't like seats, I think they suck and they are uncomfortable for a rock show.

It sucks how they've filled the PIT area with seats, it's fucking ridiculous. The whole division of the floor area into sections with seats is clearly a strategy to charge fans as much as possible. So, it's the promoter fucking fucking with us, and probably the band is in it too, which sucks.

I'll still try to score a GA/PIT ticket, but I doubt I'll find anything for less than $200 which is as much as I am willing to pay.

There's no chance that there are seats in the pit. It's standing only. Seat numbers are just there to number the tickets.

As as far as seating sections on the field level, that's pretty common.

Got my tix for Philly this morning. Had to go for the $59 seats because it's all that I could afford, but hey, I'm just happy that I'll be in the stadium!

    See ya'all there!

Feel the same way. Couldn't afford the seats I really wanted. Settled on some $99 club level seats (philly) that I'm totally happy with. Cannot wait.

We still won't have any idea how tickets are selling until about this time tomorrow when everything is on sale to the public.

Thai is very true. The availability on these stadium maps doesn't tell the whole story because it's only what was released for presale.

This is what they're counting on.  The "last chance/ f*ck it here's $200" purchase.  Most of us are (happily) guilty.

Maybe they are counting on people fearing this is their only chance. And maybe it will be. But don't you think if this was a farewell, one-off kind of tour, that they would market it as such?  I think that would really enhance the demand knowing that this is it.

I wasn't able to spend as much as I would've liked, but I'm in the building.  But I'm hopeful that they'll come around again in the next year or two.

To fill 80,000 capacity bowls they're surely gonna have to turn it into almost like a 1 day festival type of deal with multiple bands.

I would've agreed before all the announcements and promotion that they would be sharing the bill with another notable act or two. Do you think the late start times would indicate that's probably not the case?  I know, I know. This band tends to go on late. But both shows closest to me (philly and ny) start at 8:30. Not much time for openers there.

  6. Does anyone have a link to specific seating charts with pricing?  Specifically Philadelphia.

Ive searched (unsuccessfully) and looked over the ticketmaster site, but I can't find anything but the general pricing overview. It's hard to determine where the prices change. For example, it says club level is $79-$99, but upper level is from $45-$250. That doesn't make sense.

  7. They just played Mr. Brownstone. DJ just said "what song was that we just played?    What band is that?"

one of them called another a "sweet child" and referenced another song I can't remember. Now talking about a black leather top hat and curly hair. So these guys are either giving it away or are the biggest dicks on the planet.
