I believe his brother you’re on about is Stuart and he had really long red hair similar to Axls so he definitely doesn’t match the dude in that picture with the car, so I’m assuming that is Stephen.

I dunno man, I feel that could be a hit for them (in rock charts atleast) I know that stuff really doesn’t matter but it is so catchy, those vocals from Axl are incredible. I do feel it would be very well received

When he finally got clearance, he refused to release the album in December, and by then the pandemic happened. 

It's trading in secret Brazilian secret societies. I took a plane ride last year and was able to hear it over the phone. Axl sounds surprisingly strong on 'I Caught Mommy Blowing Santa Claus', the snippet from Rudolph' sounded like it was a holdover from NuGuns though, lots of hip hop beats, almost like Irving Berlin remixed by Trent Reznor with the sensibilities of Bret Michaels. 

I don't think we get it how that The General and Monsters leaked. The hoarders who played it over the phone wanted more iTunes gift cards for me to hear the rest of it, but my grocery store wouldn't sell me anymore after I carefully explained that I was sending them to a Brazilian man I met off the Internet so that he would play me snippets of an unreleased Guns N' Roses Christmas album. For some reason, they thought I was the victim of a scam.

Was listening again today and came to a realisation that The General would fit extremely well on either of the first 2 Scream soundtracks from the 90s (I listened to them a lot as a teen).. now I can’t get them movies out of my head every time I hear “don’t know what to tell ya now” 😅

But back to serious, the song does sound slightly dated to me compared to Perhaps, HS and Absurd even though they date that far back also. I think it’s those Brain ‘2000’s hip hop’ beats. I like it but still far from a favourite. 

Just listened to both the leak and official release in the car and can’t hear any changes people are pointing out, my speakers ain’t crap either. The biggest disappointment in all of this is Monsters just being ignored “officialy”.

I believe the Ritz blu ray is the obvious choice in terms of nostalgic treasure but if we can include Monsters as a ‘release’ then that may take the top spot for me

The son of the guy who is head of development has leaked a clip of the game. Not 100% confirmed as real but it’s pretty clear it is. Also there has been a leaked convo from the head of development which he *confirms*-

“There have also been screenshots of a conversation with Aaron Garbut himself posted with him allegedly confirming that the leaks are real, with him also confirming that the game will have 3 major cities, four “sub cities”, and that all of them surround a “large lake in the middle of the map.”

The game sounds huge!
