You "new album believers" are as bad as the theists in Anything Goes. Thread after thread about how they just have "faith" in something existing even though there isn't a shred of solid evidence, and a load of evidence to the contrary.
Burden of proof is on the believers, not the other way around.
Show me some PROOF that the "new album" exists...please! I'll gladly retract my statements and become a believer!
I'm not even a new album believer. I wasn't too fond of CD, and I know nothing will ever come close to Appetite, UYI, or Lies. I think it'd be cool if they had a new album, but I have a feeling it won't even be up to par with CD (which is sad).
I just posted there was a rumor of a new album in 2014.
Besides, you are not more right than anybody who believes there will be a new album. There is a 50/50 chance. Nobody is more right than the next person.
It's a two-sided sword. There's no way you can confirm there will be no album, and there is no way they can confirm there will be an album.

There is no new album because Axl hasn't recorded a note in about a decade, unless you count the shit he did for Baz's album.
Without Axl, all there is are instrumental jams thrown together by a session band. No more.
These guys are talented and could churn out a dozen decent tunes in a matter of weeks if they really wanted to. But there's no point, cause there's no way Axl can be bothered to record vocals for them.
Sorry kids. There simply is no new album and there most likely never will be one.

I think only the fairest and most unbiased posters should be promoted to mod status. Like myself, Nosaj Thing and Volcano.
From what I've seen Nosaj Thing is very biased. And Volcano hates Slash... he has said many times that he turned his back on the fans and the band, and that he was selfish.

Do you know how many times booklets list the wrong lyrics? Too many to count.
Anyway, the line SOUNDS like "your rocket queen" but it's definitely "and you're a rocket queen."

The funniest misheard lyric I read here was the poster that thought in Dead Horse the "Maybe if I'd look real hard I'd see you're trying to" was "Maybe if I looked real hard I"d see a Giant to" That was pretty funny.

Jesus, if you guys like My World, you should try listening to actual electronic music. There's a lot of incredible electronic music out there, and it really shows just how bad My World is.
Axl likes electronic, but he cant DO electronic.
Where did you imply that any of us did not like electronic music? I just said I liked My World. I never said that was the only electronic song I liked...
