Everyone likes to shit on Axl for everything...it is expected.
However Izzy not showing up speaks volumes about those imposters posing as GNR.
Those "imposters" made it possible for Axl to hire Dj Ashba and still draw a few thousand people in the US to Gn'R shows. If they were to ever reunite and Axl were to once again praise Slash you'd probably be on here virtually licking Slash's balls.
I've already stated if Slash jams with the band I'm finished. Nice try.

Gilby without a doubt. I'd rather see him sing I'm Nobody than see Myles scream LIIEEEEEEE at meOkay, Slash and Gilby are both playing in your home town. Both play similar size venue. Ticket prices and concert length are the same. Who do you go to see?

I did too, and for a few reasons that I feel I can back up.Did you really say that gilby is a better guitar player than slash?
Songwriting
It is my opinion Gilby is a better songwriter. Look at Pawnshop and Five O'Clock. The quality of songs, and vocals, on Pawnshop is superior to IFOS, which sounds like the typical, doing it quick, shit that Slash puts out. It seems Slash cares more about quantity than quality. Had IFOS been worked on for a little bit, I'm sure it could have been a great album. Gilby's S/T album is also excellent, its got a great feel, great instruments and vocals. Basically, it sounds like an album that time and love were put into. Slashs sounds like outtakes from the respective singers main bands. While there are a couple of good ones (By The Sword, Promise, Gotten, Nothing to Say), the majority of the album sounds thrown together.
Vocals
I think Gilby is a great singer. He puts his heart out onstage, which is incredible as he is also playing guitar. Slash's singers in his solo bands save for Rod all sound like he found them randomly in LA and gave them a microphone. Myles Kennedy for example. I bag on him all the time because I don't like his voice over Slash's music. It's all personal preference, but I feel post Guns, Gilby has made the better music

Fernando actually got mad at me once for telling him to stop using the GNR page to tweet about the NFL page and start using the GNR page to give us updates on the band. He also said something to Russ after Russ called him out for updating us on Taylor Momsen's career. And aren't you the one who bragged about getting blocked by nearly every ex GNR member on Twitter by talking shit? Shut up.
