Never saw nuguns, never wanted to.I agree with Tom ass on this I just don't see the need for keyboards neither male or female.
My least favourite part of the live performances is when the piano arrives, arghh November rain! The only good thing about that song is Slash's solo.
Im sure Melissa is very talented but synths are the last thing I wanna hear at a rock concert.
'91 were the best gigs,in my humble opinion......

it's the final cash grab, everyone realizes that except for the young crowd who simply don't understand the history of the band and RnR in general. there's a few older fans as well who are in complete denial, but they'll figure it out soon enough.
i'll be surprised if they can even finish the summer tour as advertised and announced currently. the only thing that might allow them to hold on is if there's strong wording in their contracts that state the tour must be completed in its entirety in order to receive full compensation.
there will never be a new album with entirely new material, never. there might be a 'new' token song or two thrown out there, but even that would be some heavily reworked stuff that never made it.
this is not a true 'band' in any way shape or form, it's a marketing machine driven farewell for nostalgia seekers. absolutely zero chance this thing will last into 2017. zero.
I'm afraid you may be right....there will be a lot of disappointed fans unfortunately, Had it been the classic line up and ten years ago it would have been amazing.I hope we are wrong for the young fans because I fear this might be as close to GNR as they are going to get...

I just can't see this 'reunion' lasting into next year.I just think it is Axls swan song.
-
I think we will def get some cool pics tomorrow, Scott the photographer that Slash uses is there

The Cult opened for GNR in Milton Keynes,UK, in 93. They were REALLY good, even if you don't class yourself as a Cult fan(i didn't) they really sounded good.
They also had Soul Asylum and Blind Melon, a great concert from the Skin n Bones leg!

Axl/Slash/Duff/Izzy/Steven.. Dizzy
Frank and Fortus guest for a couple songs for a cordial departure from Gn'R.. They get a polite applause, but no one knows who they are.
i actually wouldn't know them if they walked past me in the street (Frank and Fortus) i would be happy with Gilbey and Matt if no Izzy and Adler

Does anyone have one to sell??Please??

My guess is an official announcement , no songs, no fans, just press and industry types.
Maybe a few photos will be released, I really can't see it as a warm up gig.
It will be good to know the tour plans and line up.
*hopes for original or classic lineup.??

I have never heard it.

The only thing that resembles Guns N' Roses about the songs are Axl's voice. It is easy to see why it didn't resonate with a large ratio of Gn'R fans.. I gave it a shot.. I was following it for awhile.. Listening to the leaks and RIO show.. Bought the End Of Days soundtrack and even went to a show in 2002.. I just wasn't into it and I had to stop fooling myself.
I'd say you gave it a good shot! Way more than me,I kind of gave up after I heard OMG(if that's what it's called) l would NEVER have that pegged as GNR!!

I never followed Guns after Slash left,l have recently watched some bits of nuguns on you tube and it wasn't for me,maybe it's an age
thing.Im the same age as Slash so maybe that's why I prefer his era of Guns! Russ could be right about people thinking they are hearing new
material! I wouldn't recognise a CD song if I ever heard one on the radio(which I haven't).
I might like CD if Slash and Duff played them?

Maybe it's a good thing he's clearly chosen not to go under the knife. He looks his age, and he should, and he's in good shape for 54.
As long as he keeps on top of it he can continue to stay fit.
Yeah good shape for the 'normal' bloke, bad shape for the lead singer in a massive rock band.
-
He could have Lipo for vanity reasons and in turn if he feels good perhaps that could reflect in his vocal abilities . I'm not taking the piss btw.

He is 'Dad Dancing'?

Axl will be motivated. He has his 'wing man' back and Duff too. They will kick ass!
Don't you think he's leaving it a little late to get in shape? I honestly don't know if that affects his voice though....meatloaf is fat and he still sings?
Welcome Melissa Reese to Guns N' Roses!
