my favorite opeth album the moor is my favorite song off the album.

It's quickly becoming my favourite album of theirs too. I just revisited it a ton last night. Hadn't been able to decide on a favourite Opeth album, but I'm pretty sure Still Life will be it.

I've tried, I've really tried to like that track since it actually gets a pretty good groove on three quarters through but the rest is just... hideous... that chorus PUUUUURRRIFFAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH urgh. I like The Unnamed Feeling tho it (of course) gets a little repetitive, half of Frantic, half of St.Anger, a third of SKOM, then All Within My Hands and Sweet Amber are decent, that's how I feel on STANGER.

Wailing Wintry Wind - Baroness

Sweet Amber and All Within My Hands are the only tracks that I fully like. The rest have bits and pieces that work, but that's about it.

I always think 'man this would have been great' on some sections of those tracks, 'if they didn't repeat it five times and never go anywhere'... it is a cursed record alright but some bits and pieces are definitely redeemable, wish there was like an edit function you could do, perhaps they ought've packaged stanger with that.

The edit of Some Kind Of Monster was pretty good from the SKOM EP. If they gave the album that kind of treatment, I'd be happy to listen to it.
