You need a Nightrain membership for the Prague pre-sale now as well

Yeah seems like it, I mean WTF. Someone really nice gave me presale codes but it looks like you need the actual membership to get tickets for that gig.

It seems that they are forcing people to become a member and by this, they avoid unused presale codes are being exchanged!!!.

Fuck me sideways,  it gets worse here every day.

Again, I don’t get the logic. People who upload shaky cell-phone recordings from gigs and thus promote the band for free are being hunted down, yet selling decades old tapes for thousands of dollars on e-bay is ok?

Fuck me if I ever wanted to live in a universe where this is fine.

Don't forget that leaking unreleased or to be released stuff will earn you 10K, but posting some innocent self-filmed nugnr short clips will have your channel deleted.

But it isn't copyrighted material at all. There's absolutely nothing illegal about posting fan shot videos of live shows.

Any live performance, when caught on a tangible medium, is the intellectual property of the performer NOT the person doing the recording.

Don't get me wrong i'm not defending copyright laws or whatever and i love live footage as i shot a few complete gnr gigs myself but as long as the songs are somehow copyrighted your recording is, at best, a derivative work.

  4. As much as it sucks that videos are taken offline, in the end, it is copyrighted material and i wanna respect that. What bothers me so much is the way this whole thing is being executed with several innocent people posting a clip from a gig they've been to which leads them to lose their channels.  If TB, UMG or GNR would have just made a statement that they don't want their videos online it would all be much more acceptable. But instead of that they just keep denying being behind it all, saying they don't know who's doing it, but it's not a fan and it will continue and even worse admitting it's good free promotion but yet still keep blocking the vids. It's a big failure to wipe out anything gnr related from the webs as it will stop generating new fans of this band.
In about 1.5 years from now, Europeans are fucked anyways because Europe has approved new copyright laws that will change the internet forever.
As for a solution, it's actually pretty simple just change the host as there are many DMCA ignoring hosts available that will ignore any incoming takedown requests.

Flaunt7, for instance, "Flaunt7 will keep your servers online no matter what. In addition Flaunt7 protects your servers from DMCA, your competitors, authorities, burglars and governments.

We cherish free speech and will stand behind your site."

I haven't spoken to whether Fernando is an asshole or to what extent TB is behind the takedowns. That is immaterial to my point that this shouldn't be a case of playground "they insulted us so now we will insult them!" If we really want to resolve this issue, which is to prevent the takedowns from happening, it would make more sense to try to convince TB that they should do something about it, instead of just digging us into a deeper hole by going on the attack.

    Conflict resolution 101

Identifying bullshit is crucial to understanding the dynamics of a situation.

I’ve heard the PC launch has been disastrous and unplayable, is true?

Yeah it definitely is, i have a pretty decent rig but yet the game still freezes for a few seconds every now and then. Besides that i'm getting randomly thrown out of the online world with some vague error code. Sure there are some workarounds possible but at least i can play it. There's many reports from people that can't even fire it up!!!

    Wait..... Who is that??

Believe me you don't wanna know and get into that and there are enough nutcases to discuss already

I can't believe I'm still trying to prove this shit.
Seriously also wondering what people think it will take to have such an account where you can easily drop links and those links will be removed without verifying. You gotta definitely proof you have the rights of a certain band or songs before you can block them like that. After that authentication, it's all you can block!!!! So it's not that you can simply buy such thing and start blocking the shit out of youtube. So uzisuicidall was def a real account

Thanks. This was the first time I saw this.

To me, together with Walker's admission, this strongly suggests Walker has been responsible for at least taking down some videos.

What it doesn't demonstrate, though, is that TB handed over the Uzi Suicide account to Walker or is in any shape or form behind the takedowns. In fact, the screenshot doesn't even imply that a specific Uzi Suicide email account (other than the private account of Walker was used). maybe he only listed his affiliation as Uzi Suicide? Or maybe he used an Uzi Suicide account but had gotten control over that not by being handed it to him?

Dude even Stevie fuckin' wonder sees it's like that. Maybe this will do the trick for you!!!!!!!

  9. It's unfuckin' believable really, so first Beta goes off about Stephanie Seymour then she says she's sick off Margott.  Hahahahahaha she's just fuckin' jealous and sorta tries to keep other women away from Axl.
I bet my money on Annette that Mofo reporting Meegans videos was a direct order from Beta!!!! Beta being on social media is great cause it really shows off how evil that woman is
