Does the world need any band at all? 

Since Chinese Democracy cost him millions and it wasn't succesful at all it's a possibility that Axl was almost broke at that time. It may be a decent excuse for the excessive touring, his lack of motivation (therefore the Mickey voice) and the lack of any new album.

I wouldn't say axl's 2006 and 2010's raspy voice is better than his 90's voice overall but it was definitely better than his 1991 voice where he overused rasp. His 2006's and 2010's voice was closer to the studio version of the songs, with the right amount of rasp. IMO the raspy performances of Rocket Queen of 2010 were better than the performances of the song in the 90's. 

The difference is that in the 90's his voice was very consistent while 2006 and 2010 had some Mickey nights. 

After all the announced dates and when they tour European dates I think they could reach $300,000,000 or more and be in the top 10 of the highest grossing tours ever. 

He should help Axl to get his mid range back. 

Hope he's learning to play the Uyi songs, the CD songs and The Seeker right now.

IMO they should change The Seeker for Slither, remove TIL or alternate it with Better, put in that slot an UYI song or play TWAT every show because it's awesome, play Don't Cry and Patience every show, tell Melissa to learn to play harmonica so they can play Bad Obsession because it's a cool song, it'll be easy for Axl to sing it and she can be a bit useful, play Outta Get Me and My Michelle at every show and release the Troubadour gig in home video (altough I'm sure they won't do that because Axl fell on his ass in that show lol)

All Chinese Democracy is about Slash. Especially Sorry‚ Street of Dreams and This I Love.

Sorry about my negativity. Gotta admit that seeing Slaxl together again i'ts a dream come true. I honestly believed that it wouldn't happen in this lifetime. I didn't believed it until they oficially confirmed.

He could play it as an instrumental instead of Wish You Were Here, the guitar clearly is the best part of the song and I don't think Axl will have a problem with it.

Maybe Slash's solo career was more succesful than Axl's but at the end of the Axl-Slash feud, Axl won by making Slash play Chinese Democracy songs, especially Sorry. It's not really surprising since Slash has always been under Axl's thumb. First Axl made him play a racist song like One in a Million when he's half black and now he made him play a diss track about him. It wouldn't surprise me if Axl made Slash apologize to him for making him say he's a cancer. 

Back on the original topic, Slither would sound awesome with Axl's low voice but sadly I don't think they'll ever perform it.  I'm sure that Slither was put in the setlist pic as an inside joke of how Axl will never play it.
