Perhaps Perhaps is an EP/LP release, not just one track. I want to believe.
If they release anything more It'll likely be an EP imo. Probably same format as last time.
Not expecting it to release straight away, though.

If you have the time, could you point out where he says that, if you happen to remember? I've watched that interview two or three times since it came out and I don't recall him saying that.
Yeah, I also don't recall him saying anything like that.

Wtf is up with that GnR reddit page -
PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Anybody who does not adhere to Rule 2 of this subreddit will get bannedThis includes anybody who posts links, anybody who gives details on where to find leaks, anybody who spreads awareness of them, anybody who asks to DM files, or other such behavior. Consider this both a reminder and warning.
They can't even talk about the only semi interesting thing about GnR on a GnR reddit? haha fuck me. I hope everyone leaves that page and starts a different one. This is worse than Johnny Rotten selling butter.
They let gnr run the subreddit, that's what's wrong.

Listening to the new leak again. I think the “what a weight upon your shoulders” take is also different.
It sounds that way to me, yes. I think most if not all of it is vocals that weren't used previously.

If anything regarding marketing is still going to happen I'd imagine it'll be tomorrow

I just mean hearing the actually recording not from a recording from a jukebox
Oh okay, well it's gonna sound like that when it releases then lol.

I think the official release will sound a lot better, you can hardly hear the guitar on this jukebox recording apart from the solo
I mean, the jukebox recording isn't going to sound good or representative of how the mix actually sounds anyway.

Is it just a recording of a jukebox playing out loud that we have? Nobody able to rip the audio directly from the tunes thing or something?
You would need to plug something into it to capture the audio data and I doubt that would go unnoticed.

Not really. His last 2 solo albums still had plenty of excellent guitars, granted they were rushed due to Guns commitments.
I'm sure his solo album next year will be really good.
He quit Guns in the 90s because he didn't like the musical direction along with other reasons. I doubt he's too inspired with not writing new material and just been asked to slap a solo on a 20 yr old song that didn't make the cut for CD.
We're assuming he even needed to record the CD stuff, which I very much doubt. I don't think saying he phoned it in on purpose is the glowing endorsement some on here seem to think it is, either.

Song is fine. More interested to hear if the mix/master is actually competent this time.
Yeah, can't really tell that from the recording.

If they don’t bother taking it down until then, that’s possible. To be honest I would’ve expected by now TB would’ve taken this down like a dog on a pork chop.
Could the delay have been a last minute sponsorship deal from TouchTunes?
Wouldn't they have posted about it literally anywhere if that were the case?

One of the moderators is someone from the company that manages GN'R's social media. I think it's been mentioned before that they put him on there after the 2019 leaks (because the leaks were posted over there initially).
I don't know if they've been made aware of exactly what this is, but it seems they consider it a leak.
So weird that the people that run the subreddit let a member of team management be on there.

Which 99% folk in here said no way in Hella chance....I never got that. Before 2019 discs there would of been a lot of doubt about those. We get one 2000(!) Disc and we think that's it because of some weirdo Pele! I'm not saying he was massively prolific, h a not....but or course there's songs/vocals we don't know about...we know for a fact, he was recording up to release and we have insiders, actual band members saying he recorded more regularly than you think...
So, I think we should 2nd guess less and hope there's a couple more songs coming with vocals we ain't heard too!
Definitely possible Axl recorded more vocals that we just haven't heard. We have no way of knowing really and I think it's likely there's even more.
We already know that Axl would turn up and record everything he wanted at the one time. So it's not like he couldn't have laid down vocals for stuff we are unaware of.

It's not just the heys that are different, I think the voice is different from the leak version, for example the first "I wanna know how it feels" is sang differently from the leak
Yes it's using different vocal takes imo.

It's really not our lowest moment.
That sure was a few shows ago when Dizzy hit, literally, 3 notes on the piano and everyone was convinced it was Perhaps.
Or trying to analyse a silent video of Slash playing guitar to see if it's an unreleased song

It's so funny that they forgot about it being on the jukebox service

The pic of Axl and Slash at the studio in Norway said they were listening to new mixes. As for the the other pic of Axl where it was mentioned he was recording, we have no idea if that had anything to do with GNR and won't until it's revealed whether Axl is going to be on the Schenker album or not.
Yeah, lots of assumptions being made here for literally no reason lol.

They're most likely CD era vocals, probably no later than 2006-07 when Axl was going to a bunch of studios.
Yeah I also think it's most likely still older vocals.

I'm not really sure why. There was a picture of him in a studio a month ago. It was obviously to record vocals. You think he and Slash were just having a yank session with some engineers?
Not really sure why I seem to be getting jumped on for this comment. Every single song that has been released so far has had the same vocals.
Anyway, I like it.

I think it's a better use of time to just not post stuff that's clearly fake on here lmao.

Yeah. The alleged The General link also lacks a hyphen separating 'The' and 'General', whereas HardSkool does have a hyphen.

Axl clearly says words differently than he does on the village version. I'm not really sure why there's a debate, Pele has broken this forum .
