LOL.  We have certainly NOT had this shit. Almost none of the live tracks have been released before officially. I have been waiting for this type of stuff for 30 years.

Why post in this thread and not the new album one? I have zero interest in a new album but you don't see me posting about it in there. I only have interest in box sets or more specifically other archival live material.

I guess I don't understand the point of posts like this.

Yeah me too . I hate live era! This is a proper live release. Incredible 30 years later but it is what it is

I have grown to accept Axls vocals at this point….he’s 60. I get it. But that Hardschool sounds awful.

When i have to Say something Bad or being critical i am but being in the show it doesn't sound Bad at all. And i'm not saying the fucking phone and rasp bull shit. I'm talking about the whole experience of seeing them togheter and playing "new" stuff. What can i Say.....

I guess the production is fine for me, I'm a synth guy so I prefer the old Silkworms, but I still like ABSURD a lot, and the real thing that bothers me about HS are the damn guitars.. like someone here said (spot on) they sound like MIDI files playing in a music learning app.

Slash's riffs sound like someone stole the gain knob from his Marshall amp and then he or whoever is the engineer didn't bother to record the DI signal to reamp or tweak the thing a little bit. Man forgot he is playing for a hard rock band. 🤣

It's just a rock song. Who cares about the gain the amp.... Not everyone are sound engineers. Just want to hear Slash playing guitar

Fortus was there (a fan posted a photo with him) and Meegan posted a story of Slash playing his guitar and I’m 80% sure that’s Faena hotel (where Axl and TB stay)

I'm from Argentina and there's a pic of Slash walking or going somewhere with his guitar

Saw yesterday on Gn'R social media that they were releasing this.  Very excited for both live albums and the blu-ray disc.  Kind of bummed that to this day we don't have a soundboard audio of Locomotive.

They should release more '91-'93 live stuff.  That's the holy grail for some of us.

Locomotive and Coma are probably the two Best songs on the albums. Musically speaking or at least that's My opinion. We won't get any of those 🤷🏻‍♂️

Sounds disappointing (as usual) so far.

I don't really care for demos but where the fuck is Ain't going down and the remaining Spaghetti tracks?!

No video?! The only acceptable reason for not including live concert vids would be if they plan to release those seperatly, so the fans can choose and buy them whenever they wish so the boxset  won't get too expensive.

I wonder if the remaster of the main albums is any good.

They released one song and You are already complaining. At least wait for the final release

  7. Matt sounds so cool on this one. And Slash was noodling back then too... But there wasn't internet back then to complain. I love it. Axl sounds cool of course but some lyrics of the bridge souds weird

Admittedly it'll be nice to have official releases of some of the glaring omissions from Live Era like DTJ and LALD.

    And Civil War!

I think the more learned among us are expecting nothing to be honest, as ever!

At this stage I give zero credence to what anyone connected with the band says, until it happens. Which it never does.

Ironically the one thing that DID happen (Absurd/Hardskool) came as a total surprise, free of rumours, band member comments or fake 'insiders'.

There's no one to trust really. The other guy said soon is the word and we know what happened
