Can someone remind me how the we know the “cell phone leak” is The General? Did Axl announce it over the PA system or something?

Ah yes, I’ve been meaning to ask this for a few days:

I believe Slash said in an interview something along the lines of “we have turns with more complicated arrangements coming out…” comparing to Absurd and HS  

Is that TG and Monsters? Are the arrangements that complicated? Asking the folks with a musical background obviously.

I came to the opposite conclusion. 
 

With the “release” of The General and Monster fka Soul Monster, I “now believe even more” that many instrumentals from CD era that leaked are in a complete form somewhere. Like Quick Song, Tonto, Z13, Me and My Elvis, Oklahoma etc. 

This has been said but imagine someone predicting in 2018 that we have had releases of silkworms, Jack chan, soul monster, the general and a song we hadn’t really heard about (perhaps)
