  1. it's ok guys.. the fans know the truth!the fans around the world know if izzy offers in this band, and everybody want him back. Ιt's unhelpful to chat abut this interview. Ι hope these men to have well with their consiousness, and not reading again that somebody forced them to cooperate with axl,or they don't have a good time in this tour ,or leaving izzy, it was not their choice..

While I think Duff's behavior is pretty shitty, can we please not have a higher education circle jerk in here?

Some people go to community college because that's all they can afford (among other reasons like; not having child care, working full time, etc.). There's also nothing wrong with online classes at a legitimate college/university. Online classes are very much allowed at "real" schools. Cal State Uni and all California community colleges offer online classes that will be acceptable for a degree. Fuck, even ivy league schools offer online education programs now....

If you don't like Duff, that's fine. But attacking people who are trying to educate themselves (on any level) isn't going to help your argument. Especially when the information you're presenting is incorrect.

personally i don't care if he has finished his college or his education, or the way he raises his children.. this is not my business,ι criticize him about this interview it's dissapointing of him speaking like that

You know, I don't feel like I was ever swayed by any good press on Slash, Axl and Steven. They have shown their true colors plenty of times. Izzy has always been a mystery. But I was completely taken by Duff's "persona." I thought of him as a college educated dude who valued his relationships above hollywood bullshit. I read several things talking about him going back to get his degree and starting a wealth management group to help fellow musicians not get taken by the industry. Turns out he mostly went to internet college, didn't get his degree and his wealth management group (Meridian Rock Capital) never actually got off the ground and was never a thing. The Great Communicator was more than willing to cut Izzy loose and was apparently the one to call Steven and tell him he was out. We know from social media that he certainly values new mansions and private jets and turning his young daughters into instagram-y rockstar/models. He's the most typically money hungry "hollywood" of any of them. I bought into his hype, though.

Image result for throne of lies

it's not fair trying to degrade izzy's contribution to GNR or to degrade him as a session musician. Ιzzy never gives  a right for anything, only for his work, these statements seems to me provocative and unacceptable but it's ok we know the truth. Izzy is not the classic rock star who doing things only for publicity. Ιt's a pity for duff

  4. i believe yes... everybody blame these years axl rose about his character... But axl never hide we know that he is difficult guy i can't understand duff or slash because they always considered  to be the good gyus  who forced to work with a tyrann. Ilove guns n roses i saw them live in this tour but ok i cant stand these statements, or what slash wrote in his book that one reason that left the band was because izzy left  too. Everybody here knows the truth which, is money..I'm talking generally now. And ok steven is also a good guy but he cannot compare it as a member  with  izzy.

Would like to know what inspired him to share these and why covers? My conspiracy theory is.... a subtle way of letting somebody know you can take old classic songs and rework them to sound good and suit different musicians/voices  ;)

or as I prefer to think just sharing what inspires him, laid back, low key musicians having fun with music and being creative. Izzy should do a cover album of some of his favourites his done quite a few already.

yeah it would be great a cover album. I like very much jiving sister fanny its really better from the basic song. He probably likes these bands.

You know sometimes I think it was that fake Instagram account that turned Izzy off of social media. I mean, when you think about how readily he used to engage with @downliner for the Chopaway site back in the 1990s, writing notes to his “fan club”, saying things like “this is for the fans” - once upon a time he showed that he understood what it was like to be a fan.

All this newfangled social media, where every little mistake is something that tens of thousands of people can see in a moment (he has something like 36k followers on Twitter?) and then some people would make fun of for eternity, he would feel like there’s nowhere to hide. I can just imagine. At least he doesn’t need to do LinkedIn - geez, you can’t even sniff on there without everyone knowing.

*Edit: Izzy has 37.1k followers on Twitter, and the fake Izzy Insta account has 42.5k followers, so you can see why he’s livid!!

i'm not sure about this, but maybe you are right, he deleted even the tweets about the cover of his songs.. Ι don't know but i believe that his silence generally maybe connected with lifetime tour(?)i'm waiting to end lifetime tour just to see what will happen later... Also i believe that in comparison with instagram or facebook, twitter has the fewer followers that's why he choose to make an account there.
