just turn your status to private and have appear offline on until tuesday..

that way noone can see you playing it or your achievements...

then on tuesday play online and turn profile back to viewable...

What's happening on Tuesday?

I haven't got XBL Gold right now anyway, so I've got no reason to connect to Live right now. I think they can only ban people everytime there's a major major update. Right now I'm safe though, until a big update in June maybe, then we'll see.

the game comes out on tuesday...

and they Rockstar have said if you are going to play before then to stop you getting banned either dont play with XBL connected Gold or Silver...

and if you do put appear offline on and change profile to private...

To be honest I absolutely loved this album...

looks like the 360 has a few glitches and some loading times, thank god I got a ps3!

It is possible to empathize with Frances and Kurt (and *gasp* even Courtney!). He didn't cold bloodedly abandon them. He was terribly ill, in tremendous pain both physically and emotionally. You realize that someone who puts a shotgun in their mouth and pulls the trigger is most probably not in a particularly rational state of mind, right?

- There are NO EXCUSES for commiting suicide, it's a crime.

- Cobain wansn't a guitar player.

- He's for sure overrated sometimes rated as the greatest ever, when that titles goes to Mozarth. But well, any famous musician can be overated by his die-hard fans.

- I do respect some of his composicions.

- I do not feel any influence by him or his band.

- Grunge, Crunch or wathever is Hard Rock & Punk with some different effects.

- I respect his legacy of fans.

- He is far from being on a top100 best guitar players of all time. Who says he's the best knows just the 3 chores Cobain did, or doesn't even know what a guitar is.

- He was no virtuoso musician, maybe COMPOSER.

- The only thing I really apreciate about Nirvana is that they admired Black Metal as they were influenced in part by one band for the composing of In Bleach.

- Respect other people tastes.

- Hail Heavy Metal!

I've never even heard of any of the plot outlines behind The Wire, so I'm not sure what it's about, but I've heard mostly good things about it from people who've given it a shot, so I think I should follow suit. Let's just hope this isn't like the time certain individuals kept raving about The OC.

You actually get conclusions and closure in The Wire. That's the difference. I watched an ep with Kel from the new series and they're doing fucking time travel full on now? So much for it all being explained logically.

I did a rather big post on why The Wire is awesome a few weeks ago in my blog if you wanna go read that. I know for sure there's one big spoiler in it, though. It really is fantastic TV and you should most definitely watch it.

Yes but what people fail to realise bout Lost is that it is a Sci Fi show and then they dont get that it has time travel and stuff like that...

it is logically explained in the context of a sci fi show...

Has anyone ever read the William Gibson script for the third Alien film that Vincent Ward was going to helm? That would have made for a real departure. In an alternative universe, it's been made. Shame it wasn't this one.

Why all the Alien³ hatred? I really liked it. It's closer in spirit to the first one. It is flawed but also absolutely fascinating. The director's cut especially.

the directors cut was good and i really enjoyed the different perspective...

to be honest i think i prefer finchers directors cut to the theatrical version...

More bannings, filter out some of the shit and for Moderators to practice what they preach, im not going into details but ive seen people warned and banned for saying and doing the same things ive seen some mods do.

I guess being a mod is about hard work with benefits.

It would also be good for mods to acknowledge a complaint, many times ive reported racist posts and they remained for months after the complaint.

Conker is one of the best N64 games ever.

rare were really on top form for the N64...

Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, DK, Jet Force Gemini, Banjo 1 and 2 and Conker...

Just found my copy of Conker and playing through it again...

Apparently, the teaser is old, but I don't give a shit, I didn't know about it until today.

I wish I had got to play 2, it's a damn shame it didn't get released until the N64 was basically dead.

Yeah, that was a main reason why I didn't play the second one as much. I was basically done with the N64 and moved on to PS2. On the other hand though, my buds and I spent days playing Banjo Tooie multiplayer. God, that shit was awesome. Sure, it was just a Goldeneye rip-off, but who cares.

You can always just download the ROM for Banjo Tooie if you want to give it a shot.

they put on amazing live shows as well. i havent been to one, but its on my to do list.
