I just bought my ticket and flights. I am officially in. 

 I was at the Berlin show last July - that I enjoyed but do recognise that had some underwhelming moments. Now, I will see them next week in Malaysia and I am tracking Axl's progress with anxiety. I do hope his voice will be in better shape by then...

BTW, I watched ' Better ' today and it was definitely better.

A sidenote about all those people wandering between the stage and front row, that girl, the pimp, Kat, Jarmo... What strikes me is that they are all so unfriendly. I feel like if they would smile to people in the crowd, their faces might break or something. I'm not saying they should pretend to be friends or anything, or high fiving people, but it wouldn't hurt to nod or smile or something. Maybe that's just me. I like seeing a friendly face I know they're working (ahum), but still.

I found the girl of the picks very unfriendly too. I particularly disliked that she was taking her time to look at people to decide to who she would give the picks to. There was a couple beside me begging for it, she stopped in front of them, looked and then gave to the next person. Little power syndrome. 

I think Kat is overall nice and I didn't find Andrei really unfriendly but just lost in his world of ' I am too hot to be true'. 

I am kind of sad that this leg of the tour is finishing and Axl is going to his cave, from where he will probably not emerge before November, and Slash and Duff will go to their whatever side projects.  I will miss them all (except Frank )

Her voice is not good either. She really can’t sing, at all. 

I think she'd be better off playing in small clubs, trying & learning and hopefully becoming good enough for bigger and more demanding crowds. 

For the moment, I find it just embarrassing to watch.

I feel maternally sorry for Messi (I probably shouldn't: with all money and fame he has, he should do better)

It puts me in a bad mood when I realise that launching an album is a normal, business as usual thing for most artists.

This is a great camera angle and you can see the crowd’s reaction when Slash and then Axl come on stage. Also this drummer (don’t know his name, I know he’s good looking though )  is so fun to look at. He’s killing it and he’s enjoying playing so much. Jeez, Steven’s missing. His swing and joy!

Let’s enjoy the three Stooges when they play with a real band. Even they must hear what a bloody difference that is.

That's cooler than any deluxe box, IMO.

My personal take, from hearing/reading about them, they seem to be girls who loved the music scene, loved the lifestyle but didn't find a place to stand on their own, if it's wasn't by hanging out with a men who was already in the industry. 

Maybe because the music industry (specially rock) can afford to be so gender oriented to men, women didn't developed into enough big weight to carry a flag equivalent to the #metoo movement. It'd be like asking a regular woman (the groupie), with no big Hollywood career give her credibility, to stand on her own against someone much richer and more powerful. In no time, she'd be slut-shammed, people saying that she's doing it for spotlight and/or money.  For example, I just cannot picture someone like Barbie Von Greiff, Adriana Smith or Juliana Sedbrook (just to mention some of the groupies we are familiar with) having emotional or financial chance to stand against a big named musician.

Edit: I am not trying to say that the groupie /sexist issue is isolated to GNR at all. I just gave those names as examples because they are the ones I am more familiar with.

Personally, I am not positive neither negative. I think those values are out of our scales but it's probably completely normal to the lifestyle that Slash and his family have.  I guess that if he agreed to pay it, it's because he can provide. And, if at some point he has difficult to keep it up and can prove that his situation changed dramatically, out of his own control, he can ask for a re-negotiation . Honestly, I am not the minimum worried or sorry for him. 

At least, he stopped trying to claim that they weren't even married. That was terribly embarrassing! .

It was the best crowd so far. So much energy!!! The Brits never disappoint to rock.  Really cool that you had such a great time.

PS: I completely find they have a point in asking for porcelain toilet and silky toilet paper. Given the choice, I'd do it as well.

In this video, he seems to be looking a lot to the side of the stage while singing Happy Birthday. Maybe it was dedicated to someone sitting there?

But it's been too long, neither of them seem to be in a serious relationship with someone else and they hang out from time to time, not so regularly, but it has not stopped since 2006 either... so what kind of relationship is it? 

I don't think they have even proper relationship (open or whatever). I think they just have occasional encounters, mostly when he's in the UK.

It puzzles me when I get the impression that people cannot close a chapter in their lives and just move on. My impression looking from very far away is that Sasha is there, for over 12 years, hanging around him/the Lebeis, maybe in the expectation that something will happen.

The impression I have is that she's trying too hard. 

And also it makes me think that, to be hanging around with Sasha, it probably means that Axl isn't with anyone else.  

I love and I am thankful to Meegan because of her use of IG and she makes lives, she answers fans, etc. But does she really have to scream so much?
