It's basically a mashup of ITW and We Will Rock You (it samples the beat), with some annoying and repetitive dialogue samples. It's worth hearing, but not as interesting as the other remixes.

It sounds like there's been a cut made on this leak, like on the Shackler's remix solo, in between the "I-If the world, I-If the world" and final chorus (the sudden cut at 3:27). Maybe that's where the missing 8 seconds went.

I didn't think this remix was anything special when the edited version leaked, but the full version is really fun.

The G-funk section was hilarious, really took me by suprise. And the Street Fighter samples were...

How do you know the full track timing? 

A lot of similarities to other songs mentioned here, but did anyone notice how the riffs in New Work Tune sound a lot like the riff in Prince's Bambi? It probably would have sounded too similar if developed further. 

I'm guessing this was probably a Duff track. 

Has the full 4:08 version leaked yet?

If you get the vocal and "additional instruments" multitracks, you can hear there's a tonne of multilayered vocal tracks. Sometimes I just listen to the acapella version of the album because it's fascinating to pick out all the different parts.

That's a good point - if Axl released enough albums to get out of his contract, UMG wouldn't benefit from the reunion. It's working out quite well for them now, I'd imagine.

We've all heard about how Axl wanted CDII and/or the remix album released for the 2010 tour. Axl himself even confirmed they were done and ready to go. Other sources even suggest CDIII was a possibility.

This "listening party", was it the hoarders showing off, or was it one of the actual band's afterparties?

If it's the former, then obviously The General is out there, just waiting to fall into the wrong hands...
