  1. Finished both seasons of "Succession" within 2 days. Any suggestions for what to watch while we're all locked up?

(Just noticed I passed 15 years on mygnr this month. I was 14 when I made the account...)

I'm actually using this time to right a wrong and watch the Sopranos for the first time (flame me now, I deserve it)...and that last suggestion is an ingenious idea, my friend.

I agree it's a huge overpay, and I'm not a fan of trying to win via free agency (as the Redskins have learned, I'm sure). But either way I'm just glad he's out of the NFC and we don't have to face him until 2018!

Kanye should take some notes: this is how to be innovative, not some terrible 808's reject produced by Paul McCartney. #shotsfired

  5. Really worried about my husband, just got out of the hospital with him. He has a blood clot in his leg from when he ripped his Achilles Tendon in July.

And (spoiler alert) didn't use ice water. I'll let you watch the video instead of ruining it haha

I wrote a paragraph in response to what you just said but deleted it because it was too long. I'll keep it shorter this time! I hope US Cellular has something similar. I still haven't fully realized it yet, I almost expect him to text me every day. I read the letter he wrote me before I began college and cried like a baby today. It's by far the biggest challenge I've ever faced in my life. Might be a little late (!) but I'm sorry for your loss. My friend/roomate in...

Thanks. I've been on a Charlie Chaplin kick since it happened for some reason...the song "Smile" also helps. How that's related to this? No idea!

I've been listening to "Farewell My Friend" since my dad passed. Very comforting, to say the least. (Great album!)

Thank you. I just checked a random word document on my computer called "personal piece", and on May 4th (3 weeks before he passed), I wrote: "As a young man, I might not show how much I appreciate my father, but every single day he is an inspiration to me."

I wish I would've verbally told him that more often, but damn does that make me feel better that I found that.

I appreciate that. I think I'm over the "anger at the world" part of it, now the sadness part creeps in. Especially when certain things remind me of him: I'm watching a Brewers game right now, we went to one a week before he died, Fathers day coming up, etc.

Thanks man. It was totally unexpected. He was only 63 and (we thought) in good health.

  15. So, I learned my Uncle was (basically) murdered by the police force in Arizona. Other than outrage, I'm not sure how to react to this. Side note: it took them a year to release the autopsy.

Sorry all, I was obviously quite emotional (and drunk). Made sure to take a few days off from posting.

Anyway I promised my family I wouldn't speak about it on the internet (well social media, but still), so I'm going to stop talking about it.

Thank you for all your concerns, and I'm sorry to hear that Mr. Dude. Hopefully you found solace afterwards.

Oh, and his autopsy confirmed he was basically drug free at the time of his death. Unfortunately you're only a statistic to those people.

I forgot to mention: he became a (proud) Grandfather only a month before his death. That makes me sick to my stomach.
