You can hear Tommy singing backing vocals on the stream. Sounded awful. It could have been Dizzy though.

(The concert will be streamed to the world, these are just some cities Rock in Rio picked for you to have a notion.)

Guns N' Roses and other headliners (Elton John, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Metallica, Stevie Wonder, Shakira, Coldplay) starts on 00h20 local time, which would be:

Why hasnt GNR ever played Lollapalooza. Its a big US festival and i know they there was some rumors back in 99!

Just saw this on twitter. Jim Koplik, concert promoter, says he expects GNR to play in CT by the end of the year. Nothing definitive of course, but promising nonetheless.

The discussion is kind of lengthy, the GNR part comes about 3/4 of the way through. Basically the concert promoter says he does believe GNR will play somewhere in Connecticut by the end of the year. And they discuss playing either the Mohegan Sun Arena, which seats around 10,000 or the Comcast Theater which seats around 6,000.

Is Axl/GNR free to do what they want with the next album? Can the pull a Radiohead? Or should GNR deliver another album for UNI?

If something happen in GNR, Fortus will cancel the Thin Lizzy concert.

I guess GNR will play some concerts before RIR...

Maybe he is talking about his own music. Then again last time he said something interesting was about Rio. So maybe.........

Yes, the Paris show is supposed to take place at the Palais Omnisport de Bercy, in Paris, in late June.

The rumours have been confirmed by Zegut, who is a very reknowned rock Dj in France.
