I have been a fan since 1987 and the general is by far one of the worst GNR songs ever, right up there with shotgun blues and get in the ring.

If it does go to trial, the defense is going to have an uphill battle. The plantiff gets to present their case and show their evidence in the form of testimonies and potentially witnesses. Now, if you’re the defense, what do you argue? You can’t run a case just saying “it didn’t happen”. So likely what will happen is the defense won’t run a case besides questioning witnesses and attacking credibility. Which might be possible- im not sure how much evidence exists for the plantiff. But one thing to remember is civil trials are not “guilty beyond a reasonable doubt”, it’s more about “is it more true than not true”. In the court of public opinion I wouldn’t be surprised if Axl is to be considered liable. He doesn’t have a great reputation in his heyday due to his mental state, and you can bet the plantiff will be attacking that and bringing it up any turn. The defense’s best bet is to bring up conflicting writings that the Plantiff has made and put her on blast for that. But you can bet she’s preparing her response for it and will be rehearsing that.

In short, Axl has so much money that he should just settle. Having this drag out in the media and get more publicity probably isn’t worth it for him or the band. 

The defense will have it easy.

The defense has two different examples of this women saying her hooking up with Axl was consensual back in the day.  Once in a video and another in her book. Now she is changing her story.  She is going to have to explain why she claimed it was consensual back then and not now. it sounds like buyers remorse now, and its even shadier that she is filing right before the statute of limitations runs out. It looks like a money grab

The therapist did not testify. You are talking about the notes and the notes are in Ambers handwriting. Amber also changed her story about when these incidents happened from before and after the trial went on break. Amber could never get her stories straight. Where are all the pictures of Amber all bruised up? Oh right there are not any bc she is lying.  She claimed JD hit in her the fact yet there are on pictures of her face all messed up are there. And JD wears rings all the time, someone hits you on the fact with rings, make up is not covering it up.  She claims he beat the hell out of her back yet she is on TV the next night in a backless dress with no bruises 

Amber has all these claims of JD beating her with no evidence.  Yet we hear all of this evidence on video of Amber being the abuser. And Amber would contradict herself over and over again about these incidents. She could not even keep them straight. 

Also Amber hit her GF at the time in front of a cop so there is that.  And she is on all these audio tapes of her abusing JD but sure ignore that

Amber lie over and over again and had no evidence of her getting beat up by JD.  Every picture of her after so called incidents of abuse she had zero marks on her.

She faked those therapists notes lol They were in her handwriting. LOL 

And speaking of those notes funny how she could not even get that info right of when it actually happened, she changed her story on those as well.  Also the way those notes were written were in story form and that is not how therapists writes their notes.  There is also a reason why her therapist was not called to the stand, bc Amber was lying about it.

The fake picture was not a lie.  The metadata didnt show it was Deppt who altered the photo. Why are you lying about this? You can't even be truthful.  This is why you cant be taken seriously. It was proven Amber was the one who altered the picture, they had the exact picture twice, and claimed it was two different pictures, from different times of day. It as the same picture. 

There is zero evidence JD is a wifebeat but all the evidence shows that Amber lied about it, and that she was the abuser. 

As for her having to cover up bruises for a movie, funny how the pictures from that same time period, shows she had no bruises and she was not wearing any make up in those pictures. So there you go lying once again. You sure do lie a lot about this stuff. Weird.

The thing about leaks is they always happen out of the blue when we least expect them. They just have to fall into the right peoples hands if they get lucky or if some of the hoarders just dont care anymore and want to share

Unless there is another locker with Gnr CDs out there  then there would not be a new source of songs. And there is still that other disc of songs with vocals out here that has not leaked out, plus the rumored CD 2 disc out there too.

Amber lied over and over again. She faked pictures, she claimed she was beaten up then the very next day all the pics taken of her had no bruises on her. She admitted to having a bruise kit where she would fake bruises.  Then when called out on it she talked about a make up kit that was not even around when she claimed it was.

What did JD lie about? Do tell.  The fact is he was consistent where as Amber is the one who kept changing her story and making up things.  Like the spilled wine, the story about the camper, how she claimed JD threw Kate Moss down stairs, how she claimed JD gave her bruises yet there were no bruises on her, and she even photoshopped pictures claiming some of them were different pictures when they were clearly hte same picture.

How Amber claimed she didnt Alert TMZ but in the depo said she did and caught her self  and tried to change the subject. She even admitted on the stand she knows how to leak things when she wants to.

Or her terrible acting on the stand where she could not even fake cry. Hell she would be fake crying on the stand, and JD would object about something and she would just stop all emotions like a director yelled CUT and she would act all normal, until her team questoned her again then it was back to her bad fake acting.

Everyone witness brought up, proved how Amber lied about everything.  

Lets not forget about the whole donation thing she kept lying about. She could not even tell the truth on something as simple as that. Or the TMZ video where she kept goading JD to get upset, where she was trying to act scared yet on the video you clearly see her smile at the end that she cut that part of that got send to TMZ.

Lets also not forget about Amber laughed at JD when she was abusing him, after he said he will tell everyone she is an abuser. She told him oh yeah Johnny tell the world

its funny how in all those audio clips we heard, igt was always Amber being the abuser, and JD trying to get away from her, yet Amber was always the one perusing him.

What you are saying is objectively wrong. It's just funny with everything that has happened with leaks and this band that you still think there is still not more out there. You really must be new to all of this.  

And yes the general has been the most talked about song, just like a bunch of other songs that were never teased.  And guess what, we only have the slash version of the general, the BH and Finck version is still out there just like the BH and Robin version of Monsters. Just like a ton of other songs that we have titles for that we have never gotten clips for.

The BH/Robin version of the general and Monsters will leak out at some point, and other songs will leak out too. Its just them getting into the right hands.  My opinion lies in facts and the history of leaks with this band and all the info out there, about all those other songs being out there being hoarded that Fernando shared with his Brazilan friends.

And of course when more songs leak out, you will be like oh well that is really the last of them and now there are really no other leaks out there.

You should also take your own advice with its not an echo chamber thing bc you are the only one who is having a hissy fit with there being more leaks out there. You are delusional if you dont think there are not more leaks out there by hoarders.
