  1. I wonder if it ever had to do with still becoming well known and playing as an opening band that's rushimg to play as many song's as possible compared to sorum never going through that with guns. I've noticed the slower pace too and that he hits the drums very hard. Remember though Steven used to play an even much much faster pace with double drums before gnr. Man I miss the old lineup.

  2. I subscribed to this dude on YouTube!

I thought it was funny due to the fact he knew his stuff, stuff that someone who wasn't a true fan wouldn't.

I.E It was based around some fact and was fan made, and meant to be funny and not a piss take as such?

N' Yeah I always wondered where he went & why it was taken down. I don't remember any copyright infringement maybe a bit of a lyric here and there, not enough to get taken down?

If anyone knows for sure it would be interesting to find out why.

    ...

Yeah I'd like to know why they aren't on YouTube anymore? I swear I don't remember any type of copyright infringement hell I just saw them all a bit ago and don't even remember more then like a couple seconds of a gnr song in fact I don't think there was any

  3. Alright call me weird oR whatever and tell me about its your body n everything but I do not get the whole getting a tattoo of a band you like like that's pernament dude. I can see gettin a tattoo of a the bad your in but def not cuz you just really like them n all. Sorry I just don't think its a wise choice choose something that really means something or can symbolize your life ya know?

Could your favorite band not "really mean something" to you, or symbolize your life if their a huge part of it?

But to get a tattoo of some symbol or logo of said band isn't quite rite to me I guess I dunno. We all have different opinions and that's cool. Like I used to love listening to almost any gnr song as many time as possible but after about ten years I've definitely slowed down on that. Don't get me wrong gnr is still one of my favorites but time and axls ridiculousness has toned my love down quite a bit

  5. Brilliant show. His vocals were on point.

IIRC he gets upset at the audience at one point and stops moving around on stage, and his voice during this part is incredible, but I might be confusing it with another gig.

    You're thinking of Dublin 2010.

Nah he's talkin about when they did Better at download 2006 one of his best vocal performances but I think it's cuz he's not so outta breath

  6. Why are people blaming this on Scott? If this material really was done a YEAR ago and Bumble and his friend decided to go public with it now, what is wrong with him distancing himself from it, if he saw it only as a fun jam? It's funny...The same people blaiming Scott for this are those who were like "FUCK YEAH SCOTT!" when he sent the letter bashing Axl...But that was when he was Slash Endorsed

Would someone do an entire album, sign a contract, take press photos and do videos for something that was only a "fun jam?" To me, a "fun jam" is something like Camp Freddy, or Axl sitting in on a few songs for Sebastian Bach's album, or someone dropping in to guest on a song at a concert. What Scott did was way too much effort for a "fun jam."

And actually, I've never liked Scott, no matter who has endorsed him.

Yeah gotta agree with you on this. Why would he do all that just as a fun little hanging out thing. They fuckin filmed a video, do a bunch of photos and things for press release, and designed, recorded, and finished an entire album of original material. That my friends isn't something you do while having a couple beers with friends for a couple hours one day lol

  7. I find myself liking the live versions where the song have been stripped down to just a couple guitars and bass, no drum loops with extra computerized bass lines and heaps of all the numerous and different different guitarists reverbs all layered onto each but essentially all playing the same notes. Gimme Ron n fortus with a couple guitars and Stinson with a toned down bass just to keep the groove and its a whole different album as far as I'm concerned.

The vocals tho, I dunno what to do or say about those. Loved them in better and there was a time, disappointed with them tho in stuff like catcher in the rye and rhiad and the Bedouins. A lot of the time I just lose them or they make me need to rub my ears from the that weird high pitched verse where a lower and more growly take would have fit much better. To be honest I wish he had used the voice he brought out on stage during those 2006 shows, man that was a good year for axl.

  8. This is all pretty weird (although that's to be expected in Guns N' Roses land  ) It seems Scott was involved enough to do photoshoots and a video shoot, not to mention writing lyrics and melodies and singing on the thing. Even if was just a minor thing to him, surely he shouldn't be surprised that they're promoting the record, having spent time and money making it. Seems he's being a bit of a dick about the whole thing.

Personally, I'm surprised he's picking his solo stuff over this. His solo career seems to be a non event, whilst the guys in Art Of Anarchy are hardly big names it did seem to being him back into the spotlight a bit.

I was about to post this same thing, hell this weird and slightly unknown newish band that has only released a couple minutes worth of songs has gotten more media attention then what's weilands band? The wildabouts? Psh lol

  9. Everybody I have shown Appetite for Democracy that doesn't follow the band like we do LAUGHED THEIR ASSES OFF at how fat Axl is and how shitty he sounds.

Same here.Every time that i see coments that he is singing great nowadays i feel that maybe there is a sect here....

Yeah I brought two of my friends to the last 2014 vegas show and that's exactly what they said about axl. They compared the show to more of a circus then concert and thought it was meant to be like that. Kept saying that's really axl rose? I almost felt embarrassed as a legit fan of gnr

  10. Axl and Slash should just start their own band. Where they tour and it's Slash on accoustic guitar and Axl on vocals. No one else. Haha I guarantee it would be a success

Actually that'd be really cool. I'd pay to see that
