Sawdust is my most played album this year I would say.I didn't buy Sawdust when it first came out because I didn't really consider myself a big enough fan to buy an album b-sides/rarities/etc.But after getting back into them over the last couple of weeks, I decided to give it a go. Man, it's awesome. Brandon's vocals in the opening to All The Pretty Faces are perfect. The covers are great.And I'm still totally digging Human. Can't wait for the new album. Can't wait for the new album.I liked Sawdust, maybe more than Sam's Town. The songs are a bit darker and faster. Sam's Town is a bit operatic.I think they might have ditched the U2 and Bruce for British electro like Gary Numan and Marc Almond.Kings of Leon new record is like Sawdust, it sounds very retro and modern at the same time.That's my amateur review of the day - where are the paid professionals!
