Dazed&Confused
I've just come into possession of 22 Jeff Beck albums and I'm wondering where best to start. Chances are if you can think of it I've got it so any suggestions please kids?
Jumpin' Jack Flash
Depends, if they're mint conditions vinyl just then ship them over to your biggest fan JJF :xmasssanta: Otherwise go with Truth (you'll dig this one if you're an early LZ fan) or Blow by Blow. In my honest opinion, you can really go no wrong with this dude. He rarely gets credit he deserves since he's overshadowed by the likes Clapton and Page, but there's no denying he's more than just 'on par' with those dudes. You should also check out The Yardbirds, some real nice old school blues/garage/psychedelic rock to be found.
Orsys
I thiink Truth is one of his best. And Blow by Blow is good. Guitar Shop is okay. Love the songs Guitar Shop and Big Block.
moreblack
Start with Blow By Blow and Wired. The 3 techno albums are incredible, Who Else!, You Had It Coming and JeffCrazy Legs is great, but in a different way, very old school.Guitar Shop is more than okay. The latest one Emotion And Commotion has its moments. And if you have time, Truth, Beck-ola, Rough And Ready, and the rest are worth at least a listen.
