One interesting thing that was said was that they initially looked at the possibility of doing the residency in February/March 2013. This tells us that the band is not unwilling to continue touring in 2013. It also raises the question, why not in January 2013? Was an Australian tour in January already decided upon when the residency was negotiated, or does the band have other plans in January?
