James Bond
Reboot worked well for Bond, but in that case it was the only logical solution after the abomination that was Die Another Day. Still, for all intents and purposes, they didn't start over. Casino Royale was still the 21st film in the overall series, plus the continuity in the Bond films has been minimal to non-existent anyways so I'm not sure it really qualifies as a reboot. It kind of reboots itself with each new actor anyways.I don't see why we'd have to do it for Indiana Jones. It's not exactly an ongoing series in the same way. I'm with the "Leave well enough alone" though I wouldn't mind one more with Ford.
Georgy Zhukov
I recall Indy 5 being announced and as long Ford is up for it I'm game.
dalsh327
Indy Jones was a homage to short adventure films in the 30s & 40s. I don't see the point of a reboot, plus they did Indy Jones as a kid. Remakes of foreign movies are iffy, you saw how Girl with a Dragon Tattoo did, and I felt like they were two different movies. Spike Lee's doing Oldboy, but he's not doing a remake straight from the film. I think Howard The Duck would be kind of pointless, when there's plenty of graphic novels to get better stories from.I heard they're rebooting Constantine. Huge mistake putting Keanu in that role.
