If Ashba leaves, nobody cares. If Fortus leaves, maybe Izzy? If Bumblefoot leaves, I can't see who would replace him because he replaced Buckethead.

Depends. If Ashba leaves, he'll look for another pretty boy who can be the "face" of his band. If Bumblefoot leaves, he'll either replace him with a 20 year old Youtube "virtuoso" like that kid Bach had in his band or just go with Ashba and Fortus. If Fortus leaves, he'll either bring Izzy back or get some new generic guy.

There's also the chance that Axl would just say fuck it if any of them left at this point.

On the other hand wasn't Axl at a time looking to get Duff back? That could actually work and cut Axl some slack with the press and fans, giving his band a tad bit more legitimacy.

It's possible, after all, he remained in the band for 10 months after Slash left. He didn't leave out of team loyalty so much as that he was tired of Axl, the fact that the new album wasn't done, and that the band wasn't touring.
