In an interview with VegasSeven.com, Sergeant Chris Carroll, formerly of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, reveals he was the first officer to arrive at the scene and after realising Shakur was bleeding heavily, he asked him to identify the gunman. He says, "I'm looking at Tupac, and he's trying to yell back at Suge, and I'm asking him, 'Who shot you? What happened? Who did it?' And he was just kind of ignoring me... I kept asking over and over, 'Who did this? Who shot you?' And he basically kept ignoring me.

"And then I saw in his face, in his movements, all of a sudden in the snap of a finger, he changed. And he went from struggling to speak, being non-cooperative, to an 'I'm at peace' type of thing. Just like that. "He went from fighting to 'I can't do it.' And when he made that transition, he looked at me, and he's looking right in my eyes. And that's when I looked at him and said one more time, 'Who shot you?'

"He looked at me and he took a breath to get the words out, and he opened his mouth, and I thought I was actually going to get some co-operation. And then the words came out: 'F**k you.'"

Shakur slipped into a coma seconds later and was transported by ambulance to the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada, where he died six days later, aged 25. His murder remains unsolved.

His used his last words to say 'Fuck you' to a cop.

I don't think he was saying fuck you as in fuck you Snakes, more like fuck you i'm not gonna grass and tell who just shot me. Thats if it's even true, the amount of shit thats been coming out in the last couple of years is getting like...i dunno, like that idiot in jail saying he was the guy who robbed Pac outside of Quad Studios under the orders of Jimmy Rosemond (who by the way was managing The Game not long ago, dunno if he still is).

They say Pac told Kevin Powell who the shooters/robbers were at the Quad Studio thing...Kevin Powell hasn't spoken on that shit to this day...and doesn't intend to either.

Besides, Pac wasn't tended to by no fuckin' cops or any shit like that, he got shot and Suge drove him to the fuckin' hospital, he was never dying in no cops arms, the whole tale sounds bullshit, Pac never got out of the backseat of the car.

No, Dre's not stupid nor is Dre even really cut like that. I think it's pretty simple and obvious I mean, an hour ago i was stomping a fucking known gang member outside MGM Grand then before the nights out I get shot dead, doesn't reaaaaaaally seem that complex an issue, just simple dirty senseless street shit.

I don't think there's really much doubt that it was Orlando Anderson, the crip Pac put a beating on after the fight. Suge and the death row-aligned Mob Pirus launched a full-out war in Compton against the the Southside Crips because he was known as the shooter. They got him too.

Vegas had a lot of gangbangers either partying there or living there, so if someone wanted to put a hit out on someone, it wouldn't have taken much time to do it. They could have rounded up 14 year olds on bikes if they wanted.
